Overall over the years, I have had a positive experience

Overall over the years, I have had a positive experience with Stoller. However, the last few services have been inconsistent. Today, the service manager did not tell me about the wear on my rear tires. I read it on the report on line and he said it wasn’t a problem. In addition, he indicated that my car would be washed and it was not. I basically felt I paid &125 for nothing and we travel 15 miles to come to this dealership. If it wasn’t for our salesperson, Haron I would go to a dealership nearer to my home even though I have been a customer for years.

We had Mohamed as our salesman and he was excellent.

We had Mohamed as our salesman and he was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain everything about the car. I would highly recommend him to everyone looking for a car.

Had an incredibly easy, honest, and professional visit at Stoler Lexus in Farmingdale. From the test drive to the purchase of my truck, Sam Rajab and Craig were patient, kind, and laid back throughout the entire process, something I can’t say for the other 5 dealerships I visited. Grateful for the time and attention to detail, and even more importantly the honesty and transparency. Would definitely use them again and I left with exactly what I wanted with the exact price I was looking to spend

Unethical.

Unethical. Went to purchase the vehicle that was in stock. Was told it would be at MSRP. Next day, when I went in with a vehicle for possible trade in, I was told there were offers and they wanted $10K over MSRP. It was still available In addition, financing through Stoler was required. Went to Lexus of Brooklyn...Excellent experience with immediate delivery.

I went in for service on my 2021 Lexus RX 350 and while I

I went in for service on my 2021 Lexus RX 350 and while I was waiting, I walked the floor to look at the 2026 RX 350 Hybrid. I was impressed by the new redesign and by the mileage that was more than double the mpg I got with my 2021 when I encountered Ali Kazmi - Lexus Sales & Leasing Consultant. We struck up a conversation and he offered to provide me with a very good trade in allowance along with transferring my existing service visits over to a new RX 350 Hybrid. The deal was made and now my family has their fourth vehicle purchased from Stoler Lexus over these past 10 years. The sales process presented by Ali and the service we received from Stoler Lexus over these years has been great!

Absolute worst phone experience ever!
