It was a very good purchasing experience. The sales team was very friendly and helpful. There was no pressure from the sales team. They are more than willing to work with you on the price. Their price are among the more reasonable ones compared to other dealers. They are very honest, no scams. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with them. I would definitely recommand this place to anybody.

The great news is that at our new location, we have been able to work out a deal with a cable internet provider and will have much an incredibly faster ISP. I felt like I was told the truth throughout the whole...

I felt like I was told the truth throughout the whole process, unlike another non-Honda dealer we dealt with. I felt that they were up front with the prices from the moment we walked in the door. Also, I wasn't there for 5 hours....b/c they were upfront, there was no hassling, haggling, etc. They know their product, they know their price and they will get the price they want and you will get a (hopefully, as promised!) reliable car that lasts a long time. I felt respected and not ripped off and that I could trust Brian DiPaolo and Kerry, the manager. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership.

This is my second new purchase with this dealer and sales...

This is my second new purchase with this dealer and sales representative. I would definitely use them in the future. I am in sales and like the fact that there is no high pressure. Also they stick to their negotiated deal. I was very happy with the process of the negotiations and the delivery. We had a mishap with Honda Financial. I was not impressed with the follow up during the mishap, however I believe the end result is most important and at the end of the day the Finance manager Frank Santora did pull threw. I appreciate them getting the job done, and pulling through on the negotiated deal and not flip flopping like so many other dealerships do. I would recommend them.

I was looking for a lightly used Civic and stopped by...

I was looking for a lightly used Civic and stopped by another Honda dealer in NJ to take a test drive. The sales man at the other place was very pushy, arrogant, your stereotypical car dealer guy. I told him what I wanted and he kept trying to sell me cars that were $3000-5000 over my budget. The straw that broke this camel's back was when he asked me to put an extra $2000 on my credit card toward the down payment, which is the most insane thing I've ever heard. I asked him if he was going to pay the interest on that... he had no response. I decided to call Damian, who I bought my first Honda from in 2004. I saw a car on the website that was exactly what I was looking for. I came in for a test drive, Damian was very helpful and not pushy at all. He helped me get the price down so my payments would be where I wanted them to be. He got me a great rate on financing (better than my credit union or bank). Damian worked with me and my schedule and agreed to hold the car for me. The long and short of it is that Damian is a wonderful salesman with great customer service. He's friendly and easy to work with. The next time me or my daughter (or anyone I know) is looking to buy a car, Damian will be the person I recommend.

I just purchased my brand new Accord this week from Honda...

I just purchased my brand new Accord this week from Honda Autosport, and I could not be happier with the car and the service. My sales representative was Doug, and he was fantastic. He was honest and straight forward from the beginning. All we really had to do was negotiate price. Settling on a price probably took less than half an hour. It was so quick and easy, it felt like it took no time. At no point, did I feel any pressure. This is a credit to Doug and Honda Autosport. This is unique because other dealerships want to get as much out of you, as they can. At Honda Autosport, they treat you like they would family, with respect and honesty. I could not have asked for more. Thank you Doug once again for a great experience! I will definitely come back to this dealer for my next purchase.

Buying a car is not a "fun" experience; there...

Buying a car is not a "fun" experience; there are so many decisions to make. We visited a few dealerships to decide where we wanted to make our purchase. We live in Bridgewater and wanted to buy from Autosport. However, since this was such a big purchase, price as well as customer service was important to us. Well, Giselle and Jane were wonderful and met our expectations. We were honest with them with our concerns and they were very understanding. Giselle is very pleasant and friendly to work with. And it was nice to meet Jane who followed through with the sale. We love our new Odyssey and am pleased with our new local dealership! Thanks for your patience and thanks for a great vehicle!

We were treated as if we were the only people in the...

We were treated as if we were the only people in the building when in fact everyone was busy. Jane the GM came out of her office to greet us and then introduce us to Giselle our salesperson. The service is always excellent, timely and they keep you informed as needed. We have referred several friends and relatives to Autosport because we know the service they get will be the best. This is our 3rd purchase from Autosport.
