I walked up to the dealership and Brad actually ended up
I walked up to the dealership and Brad actually ended up opening the door for me and asking if I needed help as he was about to go to the lot. He stopped what he was doing and helped me right away. I wanted to test drive the Envista because my Chevrolet lease was up in the next few months. I didn’t expect to walk out signing a deal that day, but I worked closely with Brad and got a deal that I couldn’t refuse. Super nice and inviting atmosphere, I will be sending family and friends to Brad from here on out if they are looking for a Buick or GMC vehicle in the area!

The dealership is very efficient in Scheduling and keeping the customer informed of progress and delivery information when work is done. Jade is amazing and very professional and easy to work with. We came in for an oil change and they found that we needed new tires. Good catch

My 2013 Buick Regal GS had a knock/clunk from the front
My 2013 Buick Regal GS had a knock/clunk from the front suspension. CarFix on Rochester Rd said my right front strut was bad, but it sounded like the front stabilizer bar links to me. Well I have been taking my GM cars to Somerset, now Suburban Buick/GMC, for about 10 years and they have always fixed my car problems correctly. The technician at Suburban Buick/GMC said the front stabilizer bar links were loose, replaced them and my car was ready for me the next day. Thanks again Suburban for an excellent Service Department!

Scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle driving 1.5hrs away was told while in route that another person was scheduled to look at it before me. Waste of my time & gas!

It took 10 hours to buy a used truck, even with preapproval. Staff didn't have a clue. Plus the engine went bad within 30 days. Only 70,000 miles. Don't buy from this dealer! They're terrible.
