I dread when my lease is coming due because I absolutely hate going to a dealership. However, I had a wonderful experience at Suburban Buick! My salesman, Joe Honeycutt listens to the customer and has a clear understanding of good customer service. Best of all, I absolutely love my new car! Thank you, Joe!

I had an absolutely amazing experience working with suburban gmc Honestly, the best dealership I’ve ever worked with. They are all very professional, extremely helpful and just pleasant all around. I worked mostly with Andrew and I couldn’t say enough kind things. Oh, and I love the car!

Automobile service
Total rip off.Went in for 15000 mile maintenance, and the bill was $430 And on top of it I had to pay for oil change as well. All other places oil change is part of the 15000 mile maintenance.Do not charge extra.

Excellent service provided by Frank, the service advisor. He was very courteous, made sure that I had a vehicle to drive while mine was in for repairs. Smooth process overall. Car was returned as promised!
