Avoid this dealership, do not let a upfront smile or the assumption of location fool you. I purchased a CPO vehicle that in less than 4000 miles now requires $5,000 in work. All of the components needing repair were “inspected” twice! Once during a supposed CPO certification inspection and a second time when, within 2 days, it was back due to the same issue I am now being told is my problem. I even pointedly asked that the issue be specifically inspected. My fear was exactly what I am now faced with. As I am not a master mechanic, I was told to drive it for a while so that the “repair” could take effect, meantime my ability to cancel this transaction due to poor inspections had expired. Currently it has been 2 weeks without so much as a courtesy call back from the GM, despite multiple, multiple messages left. Do your self a favor and shop elsewhere unless you want to be stuck with unreturned messages and excuses as to why it’s your fault as the client. This dealership is owned by Lithia Motors. Do your research and purchase elsewhere. Find a dealership not tied to this massive company. By the way
