I was especially grateful to work with Todd Craig; he was very straight-forward and didn't try to pull any tricks like they may do at other Suburban dealerships. This was my first experience with Suburban Cadillac. I have bought many cars over the years and never had a more professional and friendly experience. Donna Mahler is super friendly and gets the job done fast and efficient, she knows what she’s doing! Scott Estes was an extremely nice, low pressure guy who was very enjoyable to talk to as was Brian Hensley who fixed my Land Rover, did a beautiful job, on time and at a very fair price. The whole dealership works extremely hard to make sure you’re happy!
