They were very responsive- responded to emails often within minutes. The car I wanted was in Ohio not Michigan, and they were able to get it the same day and deliver it to my desired location the next morning. I am not very close to Ann Arbor. The salesperson took his time to show me how to use some of the features when he dropped off the car. They sent delicious bakery cookies to my home... I want more! Great customer experience.
