The best salesman

I am a repeat customer to Suburban Chrysler and will go back again. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. I have always been helped in a timely manner and made comfortable. My salesman Joe Bellomo was extremely helpful and patient with explaining everything to me step by step and thoroughly. I would confidently reoommend anyone to do their car shopping and purchasing at Suburban Chrysler and work with Joe Bellomo.

Good Service from Great Salesman

Jacki really went above and beyond for me. She got me a great trade in appraisal and great incentives on a ram big horn. Her along with Elliott from financing got me to a payment I can hopefully deal with ( lol). They really hit my budget which I thought would be impossible. That you both ,especially you Jacki for everything.

Excellent experience

I initially went to Suburban in 2013 but eventually ended up buying from another brand. I ended up with an SUV that I found wasn't going to work in the long term, so I found myself back in the market just two years later. I went back to Suburban and was pointed to the same employee I'd talked with two years earlier, Joe Bellomo. Joe was patient with me and my fairly specific interest in what I wanted in my vehicle. He guided me through every step of the process, from having my current vehicle appraised, finding the EXACT match of what I was looking for (seriously, exact match.. nothing more or less than I wanted in my Cherokee, right down to the seat color). When I bought my last car, it was work. Buying this car felt like everyone else was handling the work for me, which is how the car buying process should always be. My wife's lease is up in December. Based on how the experience went for me, we'll be back for her.

Excellent customer service and fair

I was in need of a van and decided to lease. I went to Suburban Chrysler after shopping at other area dealers. By far, I received the best customer service fro Joe Bellomo and Tom Brown. I bought of the lot and everything was done, from the trade in to the lease, in the same evening. I got a great lease deal and fair trade in price. Suburban Chrysler itself has great amenities we took advantage of while we waited for the transaction to be complete. I will definetly return as needed.

Excellent service and a great deal!

I worked with Joe Bellomo and Tom Brown on a trade in and purchase. They treated me like family, were patient and accommodating and Joe gave me an excellent tutorial on the features of the vehicle.
