This is my second dealing with Rick LaRue who was very helpful . He spent much time explaining to me the Ins and Outs of new car ownership vs a lease car. He also made sure that I received all the discounts that were due to me and due to the fact l have been a Chrysler owner since 1968. He is very personable and friendly. l will recommend him and your dealership to anyone who asks.

I would highly recommend Ms. Burke as the sales associate to go to. As a young early twenty year old looking to purchase a new car with my parents, Ms. Burke was very accommodating, especially with communicating with my family. I took a test drive in a Dodge Dart which was a great experience where she explained all the features of the vehicle and different package options. In terms of pricing, Ms. Burke did not hesitate to connect us with a manager in order to help us navigate to a price my family was comfortable with. She even provided a loaner car when the specific Dart I was purchasing required further detailing and had it ready for us for pick up a few days later over the weekend. Great experience overall and would highly recommend.

Coming from the Ypsilanti area was definitely a drive to come and test drive or purchase a vehicle, but Jacki made it all worth the while. She was more than Friendly, she lends a sense of family communication to the buying experience. I did not feel pressured, hassled, or rushed with her. She explained things clearly and thoroughly as well as answered the many questions that I had. Thank you Jacki for being patient! I am strong in the aspect of knowing what I want, when I want it, and how I want it and Jacki worked exceptionally well with letting me as the customer inform her of my needs (strongly & firmly). I purchase my cars and drive them until the wheels fall off (really, I won't be buying another car for a while as long as this one holds up, and if the quality does not hold up then I know that Suburban Troy may not be the place for me - my last car was a Ford SUV & I drove it to just a little over 197,000 miles before trading to Suburban Troy - so really I will drive it until the wheels fall off) hopefully she is there when I need to make my next purchase- many many many many many years down the road!! Finance was ok, again I am a very strong willed woman and I don't want to be hassled on things that I am not going to buy, if I tell you that I can't afford the extras leave it at that and lets move on to finishing the paperwork - it saves you time and saves me as the customer time as I know what I can and cannot or shall I say WILL NOT pay for. Other than that my finance experience was good as well! Man or Woman - Jacki Burke is the Woman to see!!! I'm sending my son her way next!!!

A week ago, I picked up my new ( and second) leased Dodge Challenger and I couldn't be happier with the car, the dealership and my salesman Rick LaRue. Went in for an oil change on my 2013 Charger and ended leaving with a brand new 2015 Chrysler 300s. Jacki was amazing!!! She was able to to get me a lower payment with little money down. She was very patient but energetic and was able to cater to my needs. She had no problem with repetitiveness as we went over figures to make sure I was getting the best possible deal. The very first place I went to was PARKWAY and all Keith did was try to tell me what HE liked!! Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of TROY is the warmest , welcoming , friendliest place I have ever been in. Not only did I walk out with a brand new jeep but I also walked out with a new friend. Jacki did such a great job putting my mind at ease and Elliott baby stepped me through the whole finance process and was wonderful. I came back in on Saturday, and even Fred in Service was great about answering all my service questions. I live in Clinton Twp and will drive those extra miles to have my Jeep serviced there and to shop for a vehicle for my hubby. A huge Thanks to whom ever hired and put these people in their positions because they are very good at what they do!!

Joe Bellomo, is a great salesman, he kept me informed about me vehicle every step of the way. He went the extra mile to get me what I wanted at a price the was where I wanted to be.
