Their Online price was more than 100% less than the actual price they quoted when we got there and after the test drive. This Ended up being a waste of time and no accountability for the false advertising on price point. Potential buyers, you have been warned by yet another fair minded car buyer.

Horrible communication. Been trying to purchase a truck being advertised for over a week. They already ran my credit but I can't seem to get a return call back. Apparently only one person works at the dealership that can help

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership due to a complete lack of communication. After my initial conversation, I was told I would receive a call back once a manager was consulted. That call never came. I followed up multiple times by phone and email and never received a response. What makes this more frustrating is that I was a serious, ready buyer. I had a check in hand from my bank, was willing to ship the vehicle to me out of state, and genuinely wanted this car because I believed it was the best option for me. Despite this, my attempts to move forward were ignored. At this point, I no longer wish to purchase the vehicle. If you value professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication, I would strongly recommend proceeding with caution when dealing with this dealership.

I emailed asking for specific pricing information about a car (what is added to advertised price). They replied with some nonsense about calling me about “special incentives”. I responded why can’t they just answer my question. Then they sent “are you still interested” emails. Waste of time.

WASTED HOURS**** They specifically list their prices A LOT LOWER than they will sell them for. We went in for a Used 2022 BMW 530 i xDrive listed at $21,918 with about 60k miles. NOWHERE does it say "after down payment, dealer fees, etc". Cars.com indicates that it is a "good deal" because its $3,699 "under KBB value" in PERFECT condition. We couldn't even walk out at $28k 😂😂 Lorenzo said that we are looking at $34k- $35k after dealer fees and down payment when we actually were looking to pay in FULL. When I got home, I went a read the verbiage and nowhere on the listing does it say any of that. They want $13k-14k MORE than they list it for. The GM told me that they bought it for $30k 😂😂 but yet, they list it for $21k. Bait & switch as other reviews mention. Integrity and ethics concerns for sure. Just be honest from the beginning. Never get so greedy that you lie to bait people.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! I visited CarLux! Stay away! They show you an internet price and when you get there they mark up the vehicle nearly 8k. The car was advertised at 24k and was told by the manager that the car will be listed at 33k tomorrow. And proceeded to try and sell me the vehicle 8k more than it was listed at 33k! BAIT AND SWITCH! They pressure you to finance so they can build relations with the bank! Not to mention all the vehicles were filthy! SCAMMERS

We drove over to see a yellow Jeep that they advertised as a cash deal for $ 18618 by the time we sat down to make the cash deal the guy wanted $ 29000. It's still on Autotrader for that $18618. so not trustworthy.

Update... I was forced to write that review before leaving the dealership. The guy followed me to the horrible car I was scammed to buy ( it is infested with cockroaches). And made me write that review before I left the lot! Obviously they know what they are doing!! And why they are doing that!!! I bet that all the great reviews are made up reviews or they put them up themselves! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP at all costs, I will add the whole story in another review. Worst experience ever. They keep saying ( WE DIDN'T FORCE YOU TO BUY) , they exhaust you for hours running around acting like they are doing stuff. They took advantage of me being a woman by myself with my two kids, to wrap the deal in 10 minutes after exhausting us for 4 hours. They told me they don't check credit score. First thing they did was checking my credit score!!! I should've known it was a scam. And every time you call they hang up the phone.
