Came in to purchase a used car on May 1, 2026, that was listed online at just under $15,000. When we got to Easy Honda they had swapped out the fluids and installed a low jack and wanted over $22,000! You read it right… over $22,000! We couldn’t believe it when they showed us the numbers. It was the very epitome of why used-car salesmen are stereotyped. Very deceptive and shady. Bait and switch to the max! Beware! If you like to arrive at a dealership and be asked to spend more than 30% of the asking price right off the bat, this is the place for you! If not, this dealership is more like [SL]Easy Honda.

I recently purchased a 2018 Ford F-150 from an authorized Ford dealership and have experienced significant issues within weeks of purchase. The vehicle has already been in the shop multiple times for a recurring check engine light, including a P0430 catalytic system code, despite being sold as passing emissions. Additionally, an oil pan leak was discovered shortly after purchase. I have been passed between staff with no clear resolution and have received inconsistent and unsatisfactory customer service. What concerns me most is the dealership’s approach to diagnosing the issue. Rather than addressing the root cause, I was presented with over $1,000 in recommended services that did not directly relate to the catalytic system code. This has created a lack of trust in the dealership’s service recommendations. I have not even made my first payment on this vehicle and am already facing potential repair costs approaching $2,000. I am requesting that this situation be reviewed and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure the issue is properly diagnosed and resolved under applicable warranty coverage. I would also ask that this dealership’s service practices be evaluated to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

Do not waste your time with this steelership. I saw a vehicle online for $27,750 and they suckered me in to test drive the truck only to tell me the price was 34k out the door . I don’t think so buddy. Stay far away from Easy Honda used vehicle sales . It’s probably the same on the new vehicle side

I don't see any choice to give 0 star; Worse dealership, asked for a vehicle from their website, called before start, sent a text and receive the confirmation about the availability and once reached, they said ' not available'. You better avoid this dealership.

We contacted Easy Honda about a vehicle advertised online at $13,998 and asked in writing for an itemized out-the-door quote with no add-ons. When we came in, the buyer’s order added “optional dealer installed” items that were not optional: $3,295 reconditioning, $799 LoJack, and $2,999 Pro Pack (total $7,093). That raised the selling price to $21,091 and the out-the-door total to $22,808.36. We asked them to remove the add-ons or offset them with an equal price reduction. They refused, so we walked out. I’m also submitting formal complaints to the appropriate consumer protection agencies and to Capital One Auto Navigator.

Hello, I bought a car from Easy Honda, and I have not been able to get my registration. I bought the car in May 2025 and here we are in January 2026, and I still can't get my registration. I go to the front desk, and they search all their paperwork, and they tell me that they do not have it. They told me to contact Finance and the guy that did my paperwork is no longer employed there. Do not buy a car from Easy Honda as the paperwork they gave me expired after 60 days and I cannot get help anyone there. I have gone there several times and get the same response; I have emailed and no response. I am illegally driving my car due to Easy Honda. Do not buy from Easy Honda.

They ran my credit once they knew they couldn’t get me approved they stopped answering my phone calls. So unprofessional.
