If I could give this location 0 stars I would.
If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I have been getting the run around for a whole month. I was told that I could get approved for a 2025 Honda civic. I didnt have my down payment handy upfront SO THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD HOLD THE CAR FOR ME until Friday. Dustin the finance manger told me he got me approved, for the band new car. I get to the dealership on that Friday, should’ve already known it was going to be an inssue when they said they messed up my social security number on the application, I give them the correction and the salesman was supposed to pull up the car for a test drive, I wait a whole hour JUST TOLD BE TOLD THAT THE CAR THE HELD FOR ME HAS BEEN SOLD. Mind you I’m still on the job but my manger was nice enough to let me leave to go “pick up this new car” because I was told all I had to do was bring in my down payment and sign the paper work! I sat there for an hour, thinking I was going to test drive and sign my paperwork. While sitting there I get an email that they pulled my credit AGAIN, ANOTHER HARD INQUIRY ON MY CREDIT, So I login and there’s not one, not two, not three, but 6 HARD PULLS ON MY CREDIT WITH MY SCORED BEING HIT WITH 20 whole points that I worked hard for. With that being said, since I was told I was approved for this 2025 Honda civic, i made plans accordingly to a Christmas trip I have upcoming. I was going to fly but I figured since I’d have a new car I could just drive so I needed up not paying for me ticket. The tickets are $1000 now! Even if I wanted to shop somewhere else I can’t because of my credit due to them! So I call Dustin, the finance manager, literally in tears and he already sounds like he doesn’t want to deal with me, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE for an upset customer, the first thing he said was “I told you I THINK I got you approved I never told you I actually did ” but u had me come up here on my day of work, just to run my credit TWO more times. Extremely unprofessional and I am completely unhappy, my Christmas and credit is ruined and I’m not even in a car!

At Easy Honda, where I went as a definite buyer, I met
At Easy Honda, where I went as a definite buyer, I met with Jose, the sales staff. He said on the phone that the car I wanted to buy was available. When I went to the dealership, he said the car was sold. We talked about another car. When we got to the price, he told me that I would have to buy a few things that were optional. I told him I didn't want to buy the things that optional, and he agreed. He reneged on his promise three times. He didn't even give me a $1 discount and started adding fees that I didn't even know I had. It was a total fiasco. It's nothing but cheating the customer. When I told him that the price offer didn't suit me and thanked him, he sat at his desk and didn't even look at us. He was the rudest salesperson I have ever seen in my life. I never, ever recommend this dealership.

I had a very professional sales representative Andrew at Easy Honda who explained everything about the 2025 Honda Civic sports touring Hybrid operations. The price negotiated was close to MSR which is better than other dealers.

I purchased 2 vehicles from you on September 7th
I purchased 2 vehicles from you on September 7th 2024 It was a 2024 Honda Odyssey Sport and a 2024 Honda Civic I traded my 2021 Subaru Ascent Premium in with the deal for the Odyssey and left it at your dealership on the date of purchase for the 2 vehicles Till this day the Subaru has not been paid off It has been 42 days and I have had to make 2 additional payments to chase my lender for the Subaru. I have asked your Finance manager Shelsey Gonzalez and my sales rep Andrew Mornino for help with solving this issue and nothing has happened. I just want my car paid off as was part of the deal. This has been very stressful on me since I have a lot of expenses and 4 kids and I don’t have money to waste on car payments on a vehicle that was supposed to be traded in. Please help resolve this issue promptly I never thought a dealership like Easy Honda would do something like this to a customer

I was skeptical of all the negative reviews.
I was skeptical of all the negative reviews. Then I went and test drove a 2010 CRV. Listed for 9k. Get in after the test drive and they hand me a sheet showing the list price plus additions for “reconditioning” and a lo jack bringing us to the actual price of 12k. We walked out.

Not surprised to see an average of 2 stars on this
Not surprised to see an average of 2 stars on this dealership. Bait and switch in finance office, didn’t even do the work the first time I picked it up for scheduled maintenance (I bought a 100k service plan) and now they aren’t addressing anything under warranty but want close to $300 to “trouble shoot” warranty issues, align, rotate and balance my tires, none of which is needed. I have 15k on my car with the 100k extended warranty. This dealership is run by incompetent thieves. Everything scammy dealerships do is 100% standard operational procedure here.

After confirming the used vehicle was present in the lot
After confirming the used vehicle was present in the lot I drove 90 minutes to look at it. Once I arrived I was brought to not the vehicle I had asked to see. When questioning where they other vehicle was, I was first told that they couldn’t find it on the lot, then that it was in repair and finally the truth, that it had been sold 2 days prior. They then tried to pressure me into the other vehicle they showed me and after telling them it was missing specific options/specs that I insisted on they laughed at me and told me I did not need 4x4 and the other options I wanted because it was not necessary. I’m glad they know know exactly what I need in a vehicle with knowing so little about me. If it wasn’t for them telling me what I needed I never would have known!!! I promptly left and went to the next dealer down the road who had an almost identical vehicle to what I had come to look at on their lot and I bought from them instead. Avoid this place!

DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS!
DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS! They will lie and cheat to sell you a car. I went in for a 2012 Hyundai Sonata that was on their website. They went on and on about their rigorous inspection before admitting they couldn't show the car because the battery was dead and the hood latch was broken. Hoooowwwww, did you do the inspection just 11 days ago? I know when it was done because the Carfax said they did the routine maintenance on 5/3/24, so obviously they lied on that as well. Upon further inspection, the brakes were covered in rust and the driver door wouldn't close. They then tried to show me another car that was $3000 more. Obviously, the 2012 was a bait car to get you in. I asked to see another car, 2012 Honda Civic, that was on the site, the salesperson leaves for 15 min, then comes back to say that car was going to auction because it isn't a good car. Why are both cars on your site? Why are inoperable cars on your site AFTER your rigorous inspection? Why, because they are bait and switch cars. After being made promises that they would fix the issues with the 2012 Hyundai; cracked dashboard, missing antenna, inoperable driver door, rusted brakes, dead battery, and broken hood latch, they kept trying to push the price of the car up by padding add -ons and fees. Keep in mind they were negotiating on a car that hasn't been test drove because it is INOPERABLE. The sales price of the car was $6491, but the original final drive-out price was almost $11,000. They were charging almost 3k for reconditioning fee. What reconditioning? I couldn't even test drive it, and they said they weren't fixing anything because its a "cash car". What is the extra money for then? They wanted ME to pay for the car to be repaired enough to test drive and leave the lot. Where is that expected? Mom and Pop shops do better than that. They wanted me to put down half the price of the car, no test drive, before they would repair the latch and replace battery at my cost just to see if the car would be operational. Final test to see if I was right about their bait tactics. I had my son call and inquire about the 2 "bait" cars, which 5 hours later were still on their site. The sales lady said both cars were available and ready for test drives and asked when he would be in. I went off on them as they tried to explain that technically the cars are "available". I plan to put reviews on every site to get the word out and file complaints with the BBB. This is highly unethical and gives car dealerships a bad reputation.
