Great service, wonderful location and facility
Liked your staff, everyone was very nice and professional. the sales consultant John Donato really helped answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable about buying my suburban and he didn't pressure me at all. He was available around my schedule. I had been to several other dealerships looking at vehicles and really liked John and your staff the best. The only disappointment was that when I went to get my SUV, I was kept waiting a ridiculously long period of time by the finance manager even though I had an appointment, he made me wait for over an hour past my appointment time. the dealership is not local for me but I will probably take my vehicle there for servicing anyway. That is how much I liked the staff.

Everyone was courteous and professional. Due to two service advisors being out and one person on the cashiers desk the wait was a little longer than expected but still not bad at all. Everyone did the best they could in this situation.

Great overall experience except for finance manage
Was not impressed at all with Jason (finance manager). Thought he was very pushy almost bordering on rude. Salesman Frank Ennis was awesome and I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to details.

Great service
I have been going to healy since they were in Goshen and I had a Rondevous, now with my Rainier. They always are informative and give great service. Yesterday I was towed to the dealership. Prior to getting to healy I called and told them that I would need a rental. Whe i got there the paperwork for my car and the rental were done. I was able to go in and out and continue on to work, no fuss no muss.

service on my Camaro convertible top
Jackie the service rep was on the mark. She listened to my concerns and said my problem with my convertible top would be taken care of. They replaced the strike on the drivers side and adjusted the top so it would be easier to close. Whoever the mechanic was, he did a great job. Thank him for me please.

i was taken as soon as i walked in to have an oil change and recall to repair my 2014 impala,although it took 2 hrs. and 45 minutes, but i was satisfied.

power window repair at healey chevolet
I have a 2006 chevy Impala that at least in my mind prone to power window issues. The car only has 74000 miles on it and I have replaced the regulator on the driver side at least twice and the passenger side once. This service it turned out the window was out of the track. I have had 6 other GM vehicles with power windows with well over 100,000 miles and never experience a power window problem. Getting the window put back in the track was over $100 and replacing a regulator approaches $500 so I'm having a difficult time hearing that this is normal. I will be 60 years old in November and have never owned anything but GM vehicles, It may be time for a change.

Service for recall
We appreciate the shuttle service that was offered and we used. However, there was major miscommunication when we tried to get back to dealership necessitating several phone calls until we finally got picked up. We probably won't use this service again. The driver was wonderful, the problem had nothing to do with him.
