My husband and I always have had a great experience with our sales guy …but unfortunately he was out that day so we had someone else, okay not a problem until yesterday we went there and were treated like garbage. The salesman was rude and he rolled his eyes at us many of times and apparently thought we didn’t see .apparently he assumed we had no money and was wasting his time. Comments were made that I felt were inappropriate for him to say to us .. making me leave there feeling extremely annoyed .. I don’t have anything bad to say about the dealership, many of vehicles have been purchased from us and my family. I don’t need you as a salesman to look down at me, you have no idea if I have a nickel to my name or a million dollars we should all be treated the same … Do better Sir!!!

Absolutely the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with and these guys know what they’re doing. Greg is amazing and knowledgeable and super kind and Dennis in financing is awesome as well! They got me into my beautiful new car and it was the fastest and most pleasant experience I’ve ever had, so I thank you all for being so amazing and making me feel like family from the moment I walked through the door. I have had the worst experience and my service advisor Brian has been horrible. It has been impossible for me to get a straight answer it took 3 days of them having my vehicle to get me a answer as to what is wrong with the car. They said it would be ready today and still I’m without a vehicle going on 4 days now. I wouldn’t recommend this place if my life depended on it.

Three large issues occurred simultaneously on a 2016 truck - too soon and makes me wonder about quality Lack of communications, no inventory management, no courtesy car, no sense of urgency - and no alternative approach. Did I buy a lemon!!
