Love the way they make you feel welcome between the

Love the way they make you feel welcome between the manager and the finance guy to Miguel who helped me and explain every single step and options that I have. He made sure I was happy and work around my budget. They have plans to do the payment either biweekly or monthly. This is the 2 car I get with Nissan and Miguel has been amazing all the way thru both times.He goes above and beyond for every customer that is there…

Aaron Meier was excellent and a true professional.

Aaron Meier was excellent and a true professional. He spent hours working with us, listening to our needs, preferences and concerns, and offering different vehicle and pricing options. We test drove two different vehicles while there. He was very patient, informative and helpful; at no point did we feel rushed or that he was just trying to close the deal. He took the time to get to know my husband and I and learn about our needs. He worked with us with pricing and I feel that we came to a very fair deal, which is difficult in this economy. I would highly recommend Aaron Meier.

I least my first pick truck ever, at age 52, from Aaron Meier at Rockland Nissan, and I have nothing but positive things to say about both Aaron and the dealership… As well as Shelby, in Internet sales. Shelby got me in the door even though I had already been working with another dealership, and Aaron sealed the deal. I ended up behind the wheel of much higher level a vehicle then I thought I would be able to. I will always be grateful for this! Best car leasing experience ever, for me. Thank you!

The Regional Manager David is EMOTIONALLY UNSTABLE.

The Regional Manager David is EMOTIONALLY UNSTABLE. I went to Rockland Nissan on June 10th to assist my sister with getting a car. We Stayed there for several hours and wanted to go home to discuss the numbers. The regional manager got ANGRY and came to our car as we were leaving and said since you’re not doing the sale today i need all the papers ( car fax/ papers she signed with her info on it) and began snatching them out my sister’s hands before she could even give it to him. We asked for the keys to my sister’s car ( for the second time) and he said it was inside however my sister has a press to start car and when she pressed it it came on which means the key is in or near the car. Things started getting weird like he was trying to force us to stay so I decide to go in and get the keys instead. from the front door I heard him repeatedly yelling “ THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE SALE” over and over talking to the sales reps but there were customers in the store that could hear him and myself. I walked over and said “ I’m here now you can stop talking about me and give me my keys to leave”. I am not exaggerating when I say he got in my face and yelled “ you are not worth the sale“ several time while dangling my keys. I told him to go on vacation !!! As I was walking out the rude lady at the front desk said something and I told her to go on vacation as well. Yes I yelled I was humiliated in front of the whole store. he thinks he’s untouchable because he’s the regional manager and the only person above him is the owner and I can’t get in contact with the owner unless I go through him!!!
