They did shady work on my car. I brought it in for lights spontaneously turning on the dash. They had the car for about 10 days. They called to say the car is fixed. As soon as I turned out of BMW parking lot all the lights came back on the dash. I end up noticing they fixed something that has nothing to do with the dash lights. They never test drove after fixing? After less than 2 mins they took the car back, put me in a next rental, but had the nerve to charge me for an issue they never fixed, while still having my car. How dishonest. It’s been several days and I still have no information on what’s wrong with it my car.

On April 14, 2026, I brought my BMW 430i coupe in for regular service, to repair a recall and for my NYS inspection. I met with advisor Daniel Lakousta for this visit. I also received a loaner car, as Daniel told me that my car would not be ready until the following day. I had received the video of the inspection. On the 15th, I met with Daniel and he went over the car inspection with me. While the tread on the front tires would pass inspection, the numbers were low and Daniel suggested that I consider replacing both. When I asked how long I could go before replacing them, he thought they should be replaced before the winter. This is what I decided to do, asking Daniel if he would follow up with me in August. I was actually surprised when he said he would. It was discovered during the inspection that one of the back tires had a blowout and had to be replaced. I remembered that I had taken out a tire/wheel service contract when I purchased the car, but thought it was for 3 years. Daniel called to check on this and found out it was a 5 year contract that expired in 2 weeks, so there would be no charge for the tire. He then checked the wheels, and suggested that I also have them repaired. Of course I agreed, again at no charge. The loaner car was used until I was able to get my car on Tuesday, April 21st. Having had a rather bad experience with the advisor I had last year, Daniel was a pleasant surprise. He answered my questions, was patient and understanding of my concerns. I also purchased a 2 year Ultimate Care Agreement which resulted in more questions and Daniel answered them as well. I hope Daniel will be available to assist me when my car needs service in the future. And yes – Daniel did make a note to remind me about the tire replacement in August! I greatly appreciate this kind of service. It was a pleasure doing business with this young man. Linda Santoli

I am writing this review not for myself, but on behalf of my parents, loyal BMW drivers for years. My family has trusted this brand for decades. BMW was always a symbol of prestige and integrity in our home. But what recently happened to my mother at this dealership while my father was away on a business trip was completely unacceptable, and as their daughter, I am absolutely furious. My mother came to this dealership looking to explore a new BMW. She wasn’t treated with the respect or transparency any customer deserves. Instead, she was met with pressure, confusion, hidden fees, and shady sales tactics. They pushed her into a deal she didn’t fully understand, refused to honor originally discussed terms, and forced financing as the only option. No one took the time to explain anything. No one showed patience or concern. It felt like they saw a woman alone and saw an opportunity to take advantage. This wasn’t just a bad experience. It was predatory. They knew what they were doing, and they didn’t care. After hearing everything that happened, I started reading more reviews. And now I see we’re not alone. This dealership has a pattern of shady business practices: refusing test drives, switching up prices, pushing financing-only deals, lowballing trade-ins, and offering no accountability when issues arise. It’s disgusting. To BMW Corporate and the District Manager, this dealership is dragging your name through the mud. You need to step in immediately. Retrain the staff, replace the ones who have no business dealing with people, and take a long, hard look at how this location is operating. If BMW truly values its customers and reputation, do something. Because I will be. I am escalating this to the Better Business Bureau, and I’ll continue speaking out until someone takes accountability. To any customer considering this dealership, stay far away. No brand name is worth being lied to, manipulated, or disrespected. BMW should be ashamed to have this dealership representing them. None of these men listed are there! shady!!!

We were unfortunate to have a flat tire at midnight 5/28/25 nearby, while on our way back to Albany NY. The “run-flat” had a gash in the sidewall, presumably from sharp debris. BMW roadside assistance provided prompt towing to Wide World BMW, and an UBER ride 125 miles to our home. The next morning when we called, they had already checked the car in. I asked them to replace the tire. They called back in an hour and said that there also was a “bubble” in the right front sidewall, and that they should probably check the alignment. I was impressed at their thoroughness, and told them to fix what was needed. We drove my wife’s BMW back and picked up my car at 2:00 pm, paying for two new tires. They were courteous, helpful and professional at all times, and the charges were reasonable. I can’t recommend Wild World, or BMW Roadside Assistance highly enough.

I had a wonderful experiencing purchasing a car from Basem. He is professional, efficient and knowledgeable. It was seamless. He made us feel as though we were their best clients.
