I recently purchased BMW X5 from Jason and feel completely satisfied. Jason went totally out of his way and not only answered all my questions but also made the whole process smooth and fast. He ordered the car for me and delivered it sooner than anticipated. I would totally recommend this dealership and the sales person (Jason) to anyone planning on buying BMW!

I had a very good experience purchasing my new car. I worked with Manny and he was very accommodating and responsive. He was willing to work with my busy schedule and make the buying process as smooth and easy as possible. I will not hesitate to buy from Manny again and will recommend him to anyone I know interested in purchasing a new or pre-owned BMW. I also dealt with Ned in the finance department and he was also very easy to work with. He took the time to explain the process and answered any questions I asked.

Kurby was extremely pleasant and very easy to work with....

Kurby was extremely pleasant and very easy to work with. He had the cars waiting prepped and dressed to impress for my arrival. I highly recommend the dealership and Kurby as a client advisor.

My wife and I had a great experience with the Wide World...

My wife and I had a great experience with the Wide World team led by our knowledgeable and thoroughly professional salesman Alan Himmelfarb. He got the answers for all our questions, tracked our car through production and spent 2 hours with us on delivery going over the features of the car. I would recommend Wide World BMW to others interested in purchasing or leasing a BMW.

my experience with Manny was great I was online sent in a request for a used bmw 325ci, Manny called me was not pushy, he went by when it was convinient for my schedule to see the car, I went the same day because I didnt want anyone getting the car, Manny was very professional courteous, also attemptive to my needs on this car which was my second car, he is very knowledgeable of the bmw brand, worked out a great deal for me the best of all was that Manny was positive through out this whole transaction, never felt any negative vibe unlike the sales man I ran into last December, he is a great assett to World Wide BMW. I want to Thank him a million for giving me a better view of this dealer, I will definately refer people to him and go back to him when Im ready to get rid of my other car, the service department is also great very respectful and very friendly

BRIONNE WAS VERY POLITE AND STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH ME, WHICH IS SOMETHING I LOOK FOR WHEN MAKING A PURCHASE OF THIS MAGNITUDE. HE'S VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN IT COMES TO BMW'S, WHICH MADE MY DECISION SO MUCH EASIER. I WAS ORIGINALLY LOOKING FOR AN X1 AND BASED ON HIS KNOWLEDGE, I WAS CONVINCED THAT THE X3 WAS THE VEHICLE FOR ME. I'LL BE RECOMMENDING THIS DEALERSHIP TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS/ACQUAINTANCES. I WILL ADMIT THIS, THIS WAS MY FIRST PLEASURABLE VISIT TO A DEALERSHIP.

Dear general manager Mr.Trontz at Wide World BMW, I would like write this email to share my experience at your dealership. Just read an article "Service Rules". I could not agree with it more. As nowadays, most hardwares seem to be the same, what you can win customers hear and mind is the service. I still think it is a fantasy. In reality, it is quite different. That is just a dream businesses may try o reach or simply something wear outside to misled people coming in. But until I met Joseph W. Leung at Wide World BMW, my believe has changed. My husband and I bought a 2013 X5 D on December 29, 2012. For the past two months we have enjoyed it. But the nightmare began about 2 weeks ago on Feb 15, 2013. We parked our car outside of my swimming pool Asphalt Green off the FDR for my routine swimming. When we got back from the pool, there was a ticket on our car said "registration expired". This put us in puzzle. How could be?! We just bought he car and we ave not received any paper works from Wide World BMW for our registration. We deceived to drive down to the dealer the following day. Mr Leung is the sales manager there and we bough the car from one of is sales person Jonathan but this person is no longer working there. I had a weird feeling right way that they don't have or paper works and I was right. They searched all over the place and found none. Too much is said here, I need a solution! The car is still belonged to the dealer, we could have driven and kept getting tickets and BMW is responsible to pay for. We did not do so thought we really could do so. Mr. Leung offered us timely and responsible help. He was running trough out the store to find a loaner etc and promised me to keep mint condition to my X5 D while redo all out paperwork. Well yes, that s his job but still he admitted their mistake and took the responsibility (Unlike some employees there right way tried to deny it and trying to pass it on other people) I thought it was very precious employee like Mr Leung. By admitting the mistake and problem and offer a solution to the customer rather than deny the mistake and overlook the customers concern and needs, he is wiser. I was willing to work with him not to be a pain though at the beginning they could only gave us a shallow X3. But after I called on the loaner unit X3 almost got me into a FDR car accident on the following day driving to my pool, Mr. Leung sent out an similar X5 to exchange X3. I felt safer. With the loaner X5, I survived for a week and I called on Monday Feb 25, 2013 to follow up my own X5D. Mr Leung right way arranged to send my car back with a new registration and everything. What a nice feeling to get back your own car, which was my birthday and pushing gift from my husband for our new born baby boy. Now you know what this car meant to me. And Mr Leung understood my concern and needs and offered humble, timely help. He also keep his left employee s promise to give me a set of mats for the car. He could have deny it too. But he did not. He came through the promise it may even not from him personally. Aren't these traits for an excellent manager or someone at high position. He surely know what keeps him at his position though I believe he deserves more. I wish Mr Leung would go higher so that he could offer customers true BMW value, the ultimate driving value. Not only he has old school type of trust--hands shaking would be a bond but also he owns a new time trait "Promise is a promise" no matter what. Thank you Mr. Leung. These two employees who worked with me to get this 328 BMW were both nice , friendly , knowledgeable about the car, and the services you offer to the customer. I am positive that I will recommend them to my friends and relative to get their BMW cars in this facility.

Mike was such a great help and I reccomend asking for him...

Mike was such a great help and I reccomend asking for him as soon as you step in the door. All other salesmen at other locations gave me the run around, but as soon as I sat down with Mike, he helped me find the car that I have been wanting for a long time. Not only did he find me the car that I was looking for (which wasnt easy) he got me an awesome deal! Everything from the begining up until the end, Mike was right there to answer all my questions, and trust me, I had an ear full of them each day. All-around great experience!
