Great customer service, patient, and very thorough

This was a great experience working with the folks at BMW Spring Valley. Unlike alot of the other dealerships I visited these folks were focused on working with you to get a car for a price that was sensible. They bent over backwards to make sure I didn't feel like they were trying to get the best deal out of me by listening to any concerns and trying to accommodate them as much as possible - especially the sales rep (Mendy) that worked with me

Great service

I called with a flat run flat tire and was told that as long as I got there at least 1 hour before closing that they would be able to service me.....all the other BMW dealers that I called including my own locally ( Hudson valley BMW) didn't even have the tire in stock...anyway it wound up being a punctured tire and cracked rim and they had both in stock......how lucky was that....or was it even luck or great parts management .......anyway I was still out in an hour with a new rim and tire , plus a great car wash.......awesome job guys..........thumbs up to Steve Karaseck........he delivered as promised....................many thanks guys......Ray Cotto

Experience

I had a great experience at wide world of BMW. Joe Segreti is a great sales associate and a kind person. He was thoughtful, professional and made my experience easy. He puts the customer first and always follows up to ensure they are satisfied. I am truly happy and satisfied with him and my new BMW!! A good buying experience

I am from south Jersey, and buy a used BMW X3 with this dealer. The sales advisor is very experienced and very helpful, and lead me to get a great deal. -Wei

Great Service

Working with Wide World BMW on my 2nd purchase was a great experience. Manny the Client Advisor was very professional and helpful throughout the sales process. Did not feel like a typical pushy car salesman. Joe the Pre-Owned Manager was also helpful and very knowledgable. I'm thankful that I choose to go back to Wide World BMW, and that Manny and Joe provided excellent service. We are already planning to return to purchase a vehicle for my wife.

STAY AWAY - SOLD ME A LEMON

Respected buyer, Please do not buy a used car from here. The reason we bought a car from here was because we trusted we will get a car with no repairs. The car was also overpriced. however in 2 days the check engine light went on and its been a year, I have spent $3000 at a local shop to clean up the heads and later found that the pistons were worn out. and the job would cost $8000 which is equal to the value of the car. We went back to the dealership several times however there has been no cooperation and I had to, believe it or not. purchase another car. Now I am paying insurance and monthly payments on 2 cars. I have been offered peanuts on craigslist and trade-ins that I am stuck with it. I am working on filing an arbitration against this dealership. My sincere opinion, please do not buy a used car from here. My life has been hell since i visited this dealership.

Found "The One"

I went to BMW Wide World actually looking for a later model X3. After speaking with Manny and the Sales management team, they were able to find me the exact color and specs I really wanted on a newer model. They worked with me on pricing, IR, and certification. Manny was great to deal with, he understood what I was looking for and was able to deliver when it came crunch time. I always consider BMW and its partnering dealerships as elite, and I would definitley recommend BMW Wide World to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW especially Manny.

Excellent Manny

In 2010 I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2008 X5 SUV and Manny was the dealer. He welcome me as friend, a person not just a customer. Yesterday 4/24/14 I traded in the 2008 X5 to a 2013 X3. Manny customer service is special. He does not push the sale upon you. He is a good listener. He does not speak to you to death. He knows what to say at the right moment with no rush. He answers all your questions. BMW should be proud to have a dedicated dealer as Manny with a excellent personality. Not everyone is cut to be dealer. Manny is a natural.

Outstanding!!!

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the moment I called to get general information, Salesman Moon Hasan was courteous and attentive. When I came to the dealership I was immediately taken care of. Moon took his time, showed me several vehicles and took me on several test drives. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. I was treated in a respectful and professional manner throughout. Moon was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. When finalizing my deal, Moon's Manager was equally delightful to work with. I felt completely comfortable and confident in my decision to purchase my vehicle. I have no doubt that this dealership has made a life time customer out of me.
