Bad customer service
Bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler jl after a year paint is bubbling on the doors brought it back a year and a half ago and I'm still on the waiting list so be careful when you buy a Wrangler paint issues and when you bring it back to that dealer they don't want to fix it maybe bringing it to another dealer they said they would fix it for me don't know what the issue is but went today to find out with the manager he didn't even want to hear about it bad customer service too busy on the side of the building smoking a cigarette and when I left he went right back smoking a cigarette don't want to bash it up a lot of cars there don't know what's going on don't know if it's just Ralph the management issues but my concern is legit don't know if the paint is going to match or is it going to happen again to the other doors and if it takes a year and a half to get it fixed how long are they going to have my vehicle for

Unaccptable Service Indicent
I purchased two cars from this dealership at the same time 3 years ago. This was the only time that I had the Jeep Rubicon serviced at this location. I had an issue with an aftermarket radio installation that required electrical repair to the factory electrical system. The two individuals where Chris and Tyler from Service. The problem was resolved; however, two other aftermarket installs (light bars, and a HAM radio) where no longer working when I picked up the vehicle. Chris informed me that they were unable to return the car to me with these items working because they were aftermarket installs and they did not know how to reconnect them. I was forced to return the car to the location that installed the aftermarket items who did reconnect all the lights and ham radio. I have photos of the substandard work that was performed by Tyler and Chris. Bare wires pinched and shorted out, missing mounting screws in the front passenger seat, several other clips and screws that I have not been able to determine where they are missing from. The car was not returned to me the way it was originally brought in for service. I am trying to reach the dealership owner regarding this situation. As of today 7/27, I have not been successful. If I do not receive a response, I intend to take this to matter a small claims court.
