I like to pride myself of dealing with only the best people in business and believe me Napleton is the finest auto business you could ever want. Napleton believes in get the customer and never loose his business. The are HONEST ! SINCERE, and DEVOTED to it's customers, whatever it takes to make thing right for the customer has been its Moto. As long as i am alive my automobile purchase will always be with NAPLETON, The Respect they show and give the customer is unmatched anywhere. My last purchase took 15 minutes but do to a power it could not print the contract so they said take the car come back tomorrow and we can sign the papers then , i said i had nothing better to do so I waited for the power to come back on and we finished the purchase. They also gave me 2 free oil changes for waiting. Great people who really care about the customer.

Found the vehicle online amongst others and they offered me a price I couldn’t refuse. I dealt with Julie and she was the BEST! Highly recommend going through her. I like to compare buying a car to giving birth all again. Painful. But these guys were the exception and the complete opposite. They were a pleasure to work with! I told them what I wanted, they listed to the details and found it. They were not at all pushy. I did about 5 months of research and looking. They were the most fair I came across.
