When I got home noticed my windshield was actually cracked. I guess my need to get a vehicle immediately because my lease was up on the other blinded me to what I normally would have noticed. Inside the car was not really cleaned and I did ask about that before leaving. Other than that my experience with fine. Tim the sales guy was nice and so was the finance guy. Forgot his name.

I was very happy with how they handled som situations I experience when I first put heat the vehicle. Nick was a great salesman who was not pushy at all. He let me look at what I wanted without pushing any sale. John was a pleasure to work with along with earl in service ever

I have bought my last 4 cars from this dealership because of the professional standards and courtesy that this entire staff exonerates. I’ve gone in for oil changes & walked out with a new car 3X’s that’s how persuasive and committed the sales staff is. I came back this 4th time because history predicated I do so based off the quality cars I got coupled with the superior customer service and salesmanship.

I am very serious about who works on my Dodge Challenger. Kurt Netzel always fits me in the schedule in a timely manner. And my mechanic of choice is Brian Rakiewicz. He is the best and knows the cars. He has worked on my Challenger since I purchased it in 2013. I highly recommend Sherman Dodge!

I had visited four dealership before I came to this one. The salespeople I encounter at the other dealerships were pushy. Forceful salespeople and I do not go well together. I enjoyed working with Sam., I felt Sam was very thoughtful in understanding my car needs. I feel like I brought a car and was not sold a car by a pushy salesman. My experience with Sam was enjoyable. On the other hand I didn't have a good experience with John in his financial office.He was very high pressure. I would not want to experience that type of financial department again. He was moving so fast I didn't understand what he was saying. When I asked him questions he would not hear my question. His concern was trying to force what he was selling on me. I was very uncomfortable. After John rushed me through signatures, He handed me something in an envelope without explaining what it was. Sam explained that my paperwork was on the drive. My head was spinning when I left out of his office.

After researching prices at a great many dealers in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana I called Sherman for an "out the door" price and was given a number over the phone.Skeptical, because it was a  good price, I drove the 30 miles from my home to the dealership, fully expecting to be disappointed. As soon as I walked into the showroom, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone greeted me. My salesperson showed me the numbers - the same as quoted. I was starting to think this was a dealership that played it straight.In finance, (you have to finance at least a portion of the price to get all the incentives, this is where the other dealer tried to hide the price difference) the numbers were once again laid out and explained and all added up to the "Out the door" price I was given over the phone.My new vehicle, exactly the one I wanted, was washed, with a full tank of gas and waiting for me at the price I was quoted over the phone. That billboard my husband saw was right! Sherman has the best inventory at the best prices.Abe and Mary have won my business and I'm telling everyone I know!Sherman is an honest dealership with great prices. And they are really nice too!
