Service concerns were not addressed in one visit. Promise...

Service concerns were not addressed in one visit. Promise to provide shuttle service was not honored costing me $40 in round-trip users. They tried to convince me my car was not supposed to have safety features that were included on window sticker. The service department refused to even address the issue telling me it was an issue with the sales department. I got bounced around and my time wasted. The feature was eventually installed as specified, when I picked up the car they told me it was working all along. A complete lie. Makes no sense the way they responded to this.

Great buying experience with Sam Garner / Abe M

I am so happy I sold my Nissan Rogue Sport today and I finally finished buying my (Labor day) / 10 year Anniversary Jeep today from Sherman Dodge in Skokie, This dealership has amazing summer clearance deals and its worth stopping by to see them. I don't understand how some of these reviews online are so negative about this dealership. I have to say for me this has been an amazing experience that started last week when I met Abe the (Sales Manager). He was so friendly, non pushy, delightful, funny, caring, and he really impressed me with his honesty. So many sales reps were super helpful and showed great team work to assist. My sales rep (Sam Garner) was so patient, caring, helpful, knowledgeable, non pushy and really took the time to show he cared about me getting the right vehicle even staying way past the dealerships closing time. Alex the (GM) also helped to close the deal as he and I chatted in the service area and he went over all the great reasons why to buy at Sherman Dodge! I definitely can be a very annoying car buyer when it comes to buying cars and this dealership was able to put up with me so I applaud them on being so patient. Eric, Sam and I stayed so late but, we got the deal done with the finance department who was very helpful as well. I am super excited to be a Jeep Cherokee owner for life. I highly recommend not reading all the negative reviews or news stories because this is the place to buy Jeeps or Dodge vehicles.... Great Job Abe, Alex and Sam Garner...
