Service was excellent. Was able to fix the flat tire issue. The staff is always polite and answered all issues.

I never had a bad experience at this location. In fact, I decided to have service done at a Bronx location about a year ago, and it was the worst thing I ever did. Star Nissan is the reason I continue to go to a dealership for service. I don't trust anyone else.

I went to Star Nissan to look for a new 2026 Nissan Rogue and everyone there were very nice and helpful. Tony and Bob explained to me all the available features and options of the trims. Eddie sorted through the financing very quickly and explained everything clearly.

The service was good. I wish they checked and informed me so that they could have performed annual inspection as well while I was there.

No complaints regarding the customer service here, everyone is pleasant and professional but regarding the actual service on the car, I feel like every time I come here I spend over 3hrs which is not worth the free service they love to throw at you when you lease a car from them- so unless you love waiting or waking up at the crack of dawn to be first on line... I don't recommend.
