Belligerent Parts Dept

Bought parts from them, was charged over msrp, NY State Law states must advise customer when doing so. Spoke to JC in parts advised him I spoke to Toyota Motor Corp He started telling me that there are only individual dealerships and no Toyota Motor Corp Spoke to Vinny parts Mgr advised him of situation, he stated he could charge me $500 for $95.30 part, advised him correct but they are bound by State to advise customer they are doing so. He claims he was in a rush and that it was duly noted Toyota Motor Corp was notified

Queensboro Toyota terrible

I recently purchased a car on April 1st and on May 7th, while driving on the highway, one of the tires on my car burst. As a result, I had to come back to the place where I bought the car on May 8th to get the tire changed. However, I were charged an unexpectedly high price of $740 for just one tire, As we know my car pretty new! Never come to this Queensboro Toyota again !

Dishonest and Greedy Dealership Don’t Trust!!!

This has got to be the most greedy and dishonest dealership around. We ordered a brand new Sienna in April 2021 and we put down a deposit. It's now the end of December 2022 and still no car. The sales manager only called back to offer a totally different model but we must pay an $8000 mark up. Back in April 2021, dealers did no do mark ups. I'm sure they sold many Siennas in one year and 8 months later to other buyers with a huge mark up. They refuse to give us one because our contract didn't have one. They are crooks and not to be trusted. Do yourself a favor and go to another Toyota dealership.

Don't believe what Hugo tells you.

Sales person never followed through on verbal agreements. Purposely misplaced paper work, driver's license, creating distractions, wasting time during the dealing process. Not a trustworthy individual. Get everything in writing before agreeing to anything. Just be careful he may lose the deal and re-write it differently from the original agreement.

BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE . WORST EXPERIENCE

I had a horrible experience with a salesman name Andrew or Andres at this location. He was very very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and practically (textually) told us to leave to another store. I was mesmerized with the treatment we were given at this point. As a professional, I will never treat another person with that demeanor. He treated us like we were asking him to gift us a car instead of listen to our needs in order to make a sale and conduct his business in the upmost professional manner. When I approached the manager ( who was mannerly) to tell him to please assign us to another sales rep, he didn't even acknowledged the fact that his sales rep was so unprofessional towards potential buyers. Instead he decided to speak to us directly. At this point, I was discourage and disappointed. We left the dealership with a bad taste in our mouth. People say first impressions matter and I totally agreed... I will NEVER, NEVER give my business to this dealership nor I will NEVER recommend them. At the end of the day,. we ended up buying 3 cars from another dealership who were totally the opposite and worked with us to close a deal. I am glad we did not leave our money with a company that DO NOT understand the importance of treating customers in the upmost respectfully manner. Perhaps I am generalizing but it is the dealership's responsibility to monitor the staff working at this location. Rest assured the owner of this dealership is probably not aware of how his staff conduct his business. At the end of the day, these sales representatives are the image of the company and represent the owner as well. Do yourself a favor and if you value your hard earned money, find another dealership who will A) treat you with respect B) not mislead you by making you believe that they are giving you a great deal. They are there to make money on any car deal and to make money to the dealership. They are not there to save you money. As you know, Sales people work on commission and not on a salary therefore, the more money they make on a car sale, the more money they put in their pockets. That's the nature of the business.
