Koeppel Mazda is the best. Stein Celestin was our salesman and made sure we got the best price Koeppel could offer. He also ensured we had everything ready to go so that when we arrived, we just had to sign the papers and go. Before we drove off, he made sure we knew all the new features in our car (we were returning a 2017 car of the same model). Great customer service. Sherette Corsey was also great and very patient when we made a last minute change in our deal. I can't say enough good things about Stein, Sherette and the team at Koeppel.

I bought a used car from them. Finance manager -louis cheated me. He put the 7 years warranty (total $3800 ) amount onto my loan. It mean that I have to pay the bank interest for $3800. He didn't explain that they charge 7 years warranty instead of paying warranty monthly. I will go to 311 and hire a lawyer to file a case for this issue.

I usually don’t write reviews but I'm making an exception after visiting Mazda Koeppel in Long Island City, Queens. I just purchased a 2020 Mazda CX 9 Grand Touring Model. I test drove this vehicle at another dealership and searched around for different offers, however, I was not satisfied with my results. I then decided to travel about 60 miles to Koeppel Mazda in Long Island City on Northern Blvd to check them out and could not have been more pleased. I called the dealership before travelling there and spoke with Mr. Saiful Islam, the sales manager. We spoke about the vehicle and he told me he had it in stock and if not, he could acquire it. I met with him yesterday and he showed me the car and educated me about the various options and trim levels. He also briefed me on the Mazda brand in general and the Koeppel Mazda family. He was very honest, straightforward and there were no hidden fees or bait and switch tactics that I have experienced elsewhere in the past. After meeting with him, he put me in contact with the assistant sales manager, Mr. Jim Mendez who was also a pleasure to deal with. Before taking ownership of the vehicle the following day, Jim took the time to explain each detail of my new Mazda, including setting up my cell phone, setting up various addresses in the navigation system, setting up blue tooth as well as taking the time out to affix my EZ pass tag to the windshield. It was a pleasure conducting business at Koeppel Mazda. In my opinion, the staff go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied and happy with their purchase such as myself.

We negotiated a price over email and phone and he is a man of his word. Upon arrival we reviewed the numbers and they were as expected to the penny, When it was time to take delivery, our new CX-5 was waiting for us in the showroom perfectly prepared and we were taken through all of the features of the car and all of our questions were answered. I never write reviews, but this experience is deserving of it. Again, thank you! And you have certainly earned my business in the future!

No words can explain how homely and welcomed I felt when I came into this dealership. I was treated like a family member and with the utmost respect. I was warmly welcomed and helped by Raul and Saiful throughout. Raul was very thorough and answered every question I could have possibly asked in the book. He was very professional and sweet at the same time. Additionally, Saiful was just as professional but treated me like his daughter and made my first ever car purchase like I was buying a car from a close kin. I am beyond please with my purchase, because not only did I buy myself a car, I also gained a family. If you're looking to buy a Mazda, you should definitely come to this dealership in Queens! We often only look to write reviews when something went wrong or we want to complain but I think it’s also equally if not more important to write reviews about fantastic experiences. The sales manager at Koeppel Mazda is truly a gentleman that leads by example and is absolutely true to his word. I didn’t see him or his staff at sales people but as real car advisors. Saiful worked with my for over two weeks to make sure that we settled a great deal on exactly what I wanted. Then after we scheduled time to come in we agreed on the deal and then I waited for the finance manager. And I’ll be honest, I was sort of ready for someone to be stern and pushy and honestly I’ve had finance managers talk down to me before and act like I don’t know finance (I always find it funny because I work in a bank) but I can without a doubt say that Steve was one of the friendliest people out there. He just simply went over the contract and we chatted about other things in the meantime. He never once was pushy or anything else negative. Aarif was the dealer that delivered the car and he was very patient and thorough as well. I had a slight issue with one of the infotainment functions on the car but I just pulled the car next to the dealer the day after and Carlos the service manager came out himself and took 60 seconds to fix the issue. All in all it was a great experience. Abdul assisted me with my 2019 CX-5 lease. I explained what I was looking for in price range and features. He was very professional and quick. I thought I was going to spend the entire day at the dealership but I did not. I had a little issue with my insurance because I had to open my own policy but Abdul knew how to handle it. Saiful was great and very personable. He is very knowledgeable and quick. John was very helpful and even stayed a little later than closing time to help me leave with my car that day. The team at Koeppel Mazda are amazing everyone worked together and were on the same page. I walked in at 3:00 PM and left there at 5:20PM with my car. Abdul was great I have never had a sale person take the time to go over all features of a car. This was extremely helpful and he gave me a follow up call the next day. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you all for such an easy transaction. My mother is coming back to get a car from them. She was so happy with the customer service they provided me and my husband.

Orlando Alcaide handled my purchase of a 2019 CX-5. I explained what features I was looking for and he got to work quickly in an extremely pleasant manner. I ended up being at the dealership for several hours -- and past closing -- because of an issue with my insurance company another employee was handling, and he stayed even though he has a family to make sure everything was taken care of. When I picked up the car, he spent at least 20 minutes going over all the features. A few days later, he called me to see how things were going with the car and if I had any questions. A class act all around. I also dealt with Saiful Islam, the sales manager, and Steve Kontonicolaou, the finance manager, and both of them were a pleasant as well.

This was our third time for my wife and I and my daughter. We have dealt with the same two individuals since 2013. Saiful Islam and Jim Mendez. Jim is very courteous and willing to go the extra mile to please you. ***We can't say enough about Saiful. Each and every time for the last three vehicles for my daughter, he went out of his way to help her get the vehicle she wanted within her budget. She earns a modest salary as a early childhood educator still dealing with student loans, amongst other expenses a young person faces today. Saiful extended the same concern for my wife by being able to keep her in the same vehicle with just a slightly higher monthly payment. Again he went out of his way to provide us the service and attention you would expect being a loyal returning customer. Saiful and Jim certainly Let you know that you are welcome and appreciated as a loyal customer. They really know how to treat you.
