Didn't show up

Straight up, Honest, Fantastic!
This was my first time dealing with Tom or this dealership, and my experience was nothing less than extraordinary. From my initial phone call asking for a quote, to the time I had to pick my up vehicle, Tom was on point from the very beginning. His experience in the business was evident in his dealings with my wife and I, and we were both incredibly comfortable and confident that we had found our new vehicle and dealership to be partners for a long time with. Tom's service was 5-Star! I also want to take the time to commend Greg's service as the finance manager I dealt with. The transition was seemless from Tom to Greg, and he was also upfront, honest, and knew the business well enough. Not once did I feel like I was being 'sold' anything by either Tom or Greg, but rather just being advised on what's smart to get and what's not necessary. I have no doubt I will be returning to this dealership for my next vehicle without any hesitation!

Wonderful experience!

Stressful time made easier
Unfortunately, I totaled my previous ford fusion in an accident. It was a very stressful time as my job forces me to drive all day everyday. I did not know how or what kind of car I was going to get next or what type of payments I will have to make. I had so many questions and decisions to make with regards to my previous car, car insurance, tow yard, and the police. I was stressed out to say the least. Tom Cinelli at Ford Queens made my transition as smooth as can be and I couldn't have been happier with how fast and easy the process to get a new car was. I highly recommend this dealership as many employees offered a hand to help me out while I spent some time at the dealership. Overall, my experience was a great one and it made a tough time in my life a little easier.

Leasing a car from this dealership was a positive experience. Liz was a pleasure to deal with and went out of her way to see that i left happy. She was easy to talk to and explained all my options to me. The dealership is clearly well-run and organized. Joe Vultaggio is knowledgeable , intelligent and down to earth at the same time. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!
Let me start off by saying by the time I had contacted Ford Lincoln of Queens, I had already been through the ringer. In the past I always had leased directly with a dealership however this time, due to various suggestions from friends and family, I decided to try out a leasing company. Worst decision ever. The car I wanted was not an easy find, and the leasing company who promised me the car and I wanted and then ultimately couldn't deliver, I decided to go to a dealership. The first was DANA LINCOLN in Staten Island, the dealership closest to my home. HORRIBLE. Do NOT go in there. The manager was extremely rude and condescending. I was at a loss and finally I said I will give it one more shot to get the car I really want - I decided to call Ford in Queens (nearest to my parents home) and was lucky enough to have Liz Girnus answer the phone. My god, what a breath of fresh air!!!!! From beginning to end Liz was the IDEAL person to work with. She listened to what I wanted, was able to lock down the exact car I wanted and it was the smoothest deal me and my fiance ever made. The price was perfect (even better than the leasing company AND Dana Lincoln) and I didn't even have to tell her what my original offer was. She made this effortless and honestly, it was the most pleasurable experience we ever had with a lease or purchase of a new vehicle. Thank you to everyone who helped us! We are recommending your dealership to everyone!!
