Generally, who the heck likes going to the dealer to get service? We heard the stories so you can imagine my apprehension especially for an issue that's not covered by warranty... the car gods must favor me because I got Tai as my advisor. Not only is she knowledgeable, polite and a fellow car enthusiast... she's fair and really takes her time to make sure you understand the value. Really pleasant experience and timely job. Last night I had an issue with my 2015 BMW 650xi convert. I called service and requested for Greg Itkins. When I arrived with my vehicle Greg greeted me with outstanding professionalism.
