Having a 7 AM appt, I was at this dealership 45 minutes early for service for a software recall for restraint control module. A service representative proceeded to process my Ram truck for service. I was well informed of what would be done, how long it would take. I was also informed of different types of service and which would best serve my truck at that time other then the recall. A 6,000 mike servicecwas also done after speaking with Mr Petrowski of the reason and benefits. The work was completed within the time stated (1 hour) before hand and my vehicle was returned as clean as it was when I arrived. I was extremely pleased with the service and left confident that my vehicke was well serviced. I would recommend this dealership 100%..
