This gentleman is very patient, no arrogance. A perfect man with all qualities to be a sales professional.He know how to take care a customer, he did all paper works on time in a well organized manner. His sales manager Chris Bello, another awesome guy.

Great customer service
Great customer service - Joe was very helpful in letting me know how long service would take and exactly what needed to be done. Very courteous as was Enza. Enza is fabulous with follow up and making sure all goes well.

Excellent experience - felt "at home" and truly valued
Chad Tammaro exceeded all expectations in handling my service appointment for my wife's RDX. He made me feel "at home" and very comfortable, an excellent customer service experience to follow-up Danny Park's initial excellent sales experience, when leasing said vehicle late last year. I had been referred to Danny by my attorney, insisting that I travel to Rallye, bypassing other Acura dealers much nearer my home. I now understand why, as I have been treated as a "friend", although a new client to Rallye. Be assured, I will refer other potential friends and business relationships here. Purchasing/Leasing a vehicle is something most consumers would love to avoid, a necessary "evil", the needed service appointments even more painful, having suffered through these for many years. Both Danny and Chad have made me reevaluate the process, I will hopefully remain a Rallye client for years to come. Thanks to them for "caring" Tony Errera

Best Treatment ever !
They say the best way to judge a person when you go through a break-up. I recently purchased a car and after couple of days my wife was uncomfortable given the less than stellar consumer review for Acura MDX. I brought this to attention of my sales rep. He immediately tried to all address all our concerns. He offered plenty of alternatives as well. When we didn’t pursue the deal he happy to refund the deposit. There was no pressure to sell me into something. The sales manager Anthony is very knowledgeable and gem of a person. Although I didn’t purchase the vehicle ; I would love to deal with Rallye Acura. Learning infotainment system in my 2019 RDX
Had an appointment with Acura tech advisor ,Adrian, who spent the better part of an hour explaining some of the aspects of the infotainment system that I have had difficulties with. Adrian helped me get a better understanding of the navigation system and how to connect and use Apple car play to access Google Maps and Waze which seem a little more user friendly than the system Acura provides in its Tech package. For me there is a steep learning curve to overcome but Adrian's assistance and guidance made a difference so that when he was done I had significantly more confidence in conquering .understanding of how to make use of the navigation tools.

Very reliable service.
I have been using Rallye Acura's service dept. for my four Acuras over the last 13 years. Their service department always does a thorough job, completing comprehensive reviews of the entire vehicle. Rallye never pressures you to complete unnecessary services and they are honest in their judgements. I have dealt with the same service advisor over the years, Chad Tammaro. I have come to trust him implicitly with my cars. His recommendations and careful attention to my cars has given me a strong sense of confidence in his expertise and faith in Rallye service. I recently leased a 2019 RDX from Rallye. My previous vehicles were leased/purchased in Florida. A Rallye salesperson, Andy Fleming, with the assistance of the sales manager , Anthony Muniz,, arranged a lease for a 2019 RDX with similar options to my 2016 RDX coming off lease. I had shopped m previous car thoroughly in Florida and was very surprised by the leasing price offered. between In summary my relationship with Mr. Tammaro in the service department over the years and the sales personnel in the new car sales has been a win-win for me with Rallye Acura. .

Completely satisfied
The dealer is great, they did a superb job renovating. The most impressive part is their service department. Everybody here is very friendly, they say hi to you asking you what they could help you with. The best of the best is Chad. I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and every time I’m here chad takes a good care of my car. He’s friendly, professional and really knows what he’s doing. Chad really care about his customers. I’m glad I met chad. I used to go to paragon acura for a few years, But I’ve never been satisfied with their service. Was just doing it there because I bought the car there(being ripped off too, long story). Never again paragon. Thank you Chad

Rallye Acura over Everybody
Hands down the best experience I've ever had in my life. No this review was not coerced. Loved everything about this dealership. Andrew Barbot was awesome, give that man a raise. Knew exactly what I wanted and delivered with an issue. Very straight forward dealership unlike Paragon Acura. People listen to me Rallye Acura is legit compared to all the others. Take it from me. I've been to other Acura dealers and none came close to the deal I got on my car.l from Rallye. I definitely would recommend Rallye to whoever that wants to buy an Acura. Go see Andrew and tell em' you heard good things about him and this dealership. Man I'm so hyped about this dealership. The finance manager Joe, the service people are extremely nice. Like I said Rallye Acura over everybody else. I hate to bash other dealers, but avoid Paragon Acura like the plague. You want a great deal just drive a few miles up to Rallye.
