Great experience purchasing MDX and great car

My experience at Rallye Acura made purchasing the car very easy and pleasant. Over the course of a few weeks I'd stop by to look at different options and test drive - Chris Poggioli was very accommodating answering questions and offering advice with no pressure or sales approaches. Altogether a great experience.

What a wonderful experience

I just recently leased an MDX and have to say it was the most painless leasing experience ever. Reza our salesman was unbelievable. He respected my time and valued my business like no salesman I have ever had and this is my 7th leased car so I've been doing this for a while. Everyone at the dealership was so nice and friendly that even when I was there with my whole family(3 kids and a wife) we felt comfortable. If your looking for a lease or to purchase this is the dealership to go to and Reza is the man to see!

This was the WORST dealership in NEW York.

They are so sleazy and rude and act like used car salesmen. The " sales manager" was incompetent, misogynistic and just gross. I will never purchase another Acura from them. They just recalled the new Acura models due to dangerous, faulty airbags after knowing that other car companies recalled cars a year before because they all used the Takata airbags. Acura cannot fix the airbaqs for another 6 months! Instead of assisting their clients at Rallye, they have no solutions except- we will give you a loaner standard car like Toyota or Nissan- oh yea but you still have to pay your Acura lease for the next 6 months. The sales manager's only condolence to this terrible recall inconvenience was to scam me into buying another Acura for a higher lease price. Disgusting!

Wonderful experience at Rallye Acura

I recently leased my 2nd Acura from Rallye Acura. Chris Poggioli was very friendly, and easy to work with. He didn’t give us any pressure to make a purchase, and the overall experience was excellent. I definitely recommend his service to all our friends. All the questions were answered in details, and basically we got everything we asked for. We’re very pleased with the awesome deal that Chris worked out for us. Chris also spent a great amount of time to explain all the new gadgets which made it so easy to drive the new model. The sales manager, Joe, was also very helpful with the transaction. Rallye Acura is the place to find your new Acura, and Chris is the person that you want to have as your sales representative.

Service department

Chad is always willing to go above and beyond whenever I bring my car in for service. The service department is friendly and welcoming. I truly recommend Ralkye Acura for service.

2016 RDX

I was sent an email offering to buy my 2014 RDX, so I went to see what the offer would be. I was satisfied with the offer and a few days later picked up my new 2016 RDX! My salesman, Anthony Pergollizi, made the experience both painless and pleasant! He was professional, friendly, and accommodating. I got everything in the car I wanted. He threw in a few personal touches (like new velcro for m y e-z-pass!) which were small things, but greatly appreciated. I would send friends to deal with him.

Top Notch Dealer

This past Saturday I purchased my first Acura. I love the car and the dealer experience I had at Rallye Acura was great. Brandon Sohn was our salesman. He was honest and fair, but most of all, he treated me like an intelligent person. I dread car shopping because of the salesmen, but this experience was different. The process was hassle free and there were no surprises. I give Rallye a lot of credit for running a first class operation. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

First Acura

It has been a week since I got my 2016 Acura RDX I have more to say I am very satisfied with the car and with the treatment I received from Rallye Acura. Matt, Chris, Brandon all they treated me with great respect set out to show the advantages of having a vehicle from Acura and I do not regret, I was looking in the market for the best prices and the best vehicle, without doubt Acura was the best choice. Team Rallye Acura was very professional and worked the best deal for me, I can say I am happy with my new Acura thanks Matt and all the team and special thanks to my good friend Freddy for putting me on the way of Acura

That's why I Love going to Rallye Acura for service!

I made an appointment for service due to noise coming under the hood of my 2012 MDX. As I pulled my vehicle for service, I was greeted by a valet person. Then met with this young, knowledgeable and courteous service advisor, Keeyoung Moon. I explained to Keeyoung what's the problem and took my vehicle for service. He gave me a loaner which is a beautiful 2016 TLX... Love that car. Keeyoung told me he'll get back to me by the afternoon, and guess what? After an hour, I already got a call from Keeyoung and my MDX is fixed and ready to be picked up. These are the reasons why I love going back to have my vehicle(s) service st Rallye Acura. Staffs are knowledgeable, quick service, fix the issues and most important of all they treat their customers right. Thank you Rallye Acura!
