I purchased my car at Rallye, but I live near Syracuse, New York. While there is a Mercedes dealership less than ten miles from my home, I drive more than 500 miles round-trip to have my vehicle serviced at Rallye because of Mr. Vachris. I will continue to purchase cars from the dealership due to the exemplary service I have received.

Associates go above and beyond. Called Katie with a problem and I was able to drop the car and get a loaner the next day. Associates creating clients are also very pleasant.
