Whenever I decided I was going to walk into this Acura

Whenever I decided I was going to walk into this Acura dealership. It was the intent to buy a car, that I did. The sales process was smooth and the sales person was cool however, when I got to the point of adding on extra packages such tire and rim coverage I went with it because what I was sold was something that would be useful for me. When it was time to use that coverage, I was told I could not use it because it does not apply to what I was sold for, when I canceled that contract, I got confirmation from the company that it was canceled. However, the dealership has not reflected that onto my account as of yet and when I contact them, no one calls me back. I finally got the issue resolved (meaning finally spoke to someone)after some time: Advice to consumers, make sure you ask tons of questions and get clarification on any ad ons that you purchase. Don't go by what they tell you, actually read the documents. Some of it is hard to understand, so ask questions!! Actually never received what I was supposed to receive via mail that was discussed a week ago. So my review still stands at 2 stars for lack of promptness at handling situations once you leave the dealership.

I contacted the number 516 561-7245 you stated to discuss this matter however it is not in service. Why reply and ask me to call this particular number which is not in service? That is so wrong!

It was a great experience the customer service was outstanding I was dealing with that guy Jeff. He’s very knowledgeable about his work and respectful. Even if I couldn’t get the color Vehicle that wanted but he convinced to get the white mdx 2023 tech.
