I made an appointment online and within 10 minutes i was called by Sobia to finish setting up. I went in to Huntington Honda with the intention of buying a 2019 Honda Pilot. I was immediately greeted by Ken the Pre-owned manager and he personally assisted me, along with Oscar, in getting everything done. No nonsense, straight to the point. They really made buying a new-to-me car fast and easy. Will definitely recommend to everyone and anyone who'll listen.

I called the other day as I was unable to start my 9 month old leased car. I advised them that I was stuck and could not move or start the car. I was told that a service manager would need to call me back. 2 1/2 hours later I was still awaiting a call back! Ridiculous! I called another dealership and immediately was able to speak to someone regarding the car.

Giovanni was so helpful and pleasant during my car shopping experience! He was very considerate of what I was looking for and wasn’t pushy at all, which is very appreciated.

Great service all around but the help I received from the salesman Oscar was exceptional. Considering the conditions of the market I thought their would be no way I’d go home happy. Oscar took my input and was able to send me home with a great car in a 2019 civic sport while giving me the best deal around. 10/10 will be sending everyone I know to him!

I don’t usually write reviews about anything but after months of searching and misery, I have finally found my saving grace. Every dealership I went to could not work with me at all with the numbers I presented and was willing to pay, that is until I made the smart decision of visiting the Huntington Honda car dealership. The moment I stepped in the place I was greeted with warm welcomes and every worker reached out with a helping hand. There was one worker in particular who in all my years has never been so helpful, and that persons name was Oscar Hernandez. Not only was he able to help me find a car I’m absolutely in love with, he got me better numbers in all categories than what I even wanted in the first place (Which no other dealer/dealership was able to do)! I’d like to thank everyone at Huntington Honda and especially Oscar Hernandez for not only helping me find the best car I’ve ever owned, but for helping and bending over backwards for me like I was his own family!

The service, and level of attention and vehicle knowledge was incredibly good. Did not know honda had so many features. Sebastian H. Sold me a great car for me and my family. And took the time to explain everything this car has to offer. Dealer and staff was professional as it could be and the finance manager Peter got me a great approval. Stay away from this dealership! Their only interest is how much money can they make on you. At about one year in, my son had to get out of his lease due to a relocation. We went into the Huntington Honda, since we leased the car from there and were told it would take $5000 to get out of the lease. They said come back in two months to see if the market had changed. At this point, the market had changed because used car prices were skyrocketing. On this return visit, now with a different person, the price to get out of the lease was now $5700. We did not take the offer and were told to come back in six months. They never gave us any other options to do. What we ended up doing was calling the leasing company directly and explained the situation. They said they could help. They came down to inspect the car and one month later we were out of the lease for $502. When I confronted Huntington Honda today, they played the dumb act. Maybe it was market conditions and how would we know that the leasing company would let you out (remember, this is the leasing company they used to get us the car in the first place)? We can not be the first people that needed to get out of a lease. The dealership should have some idea of different exit plans when this situation occurs. We do not believe that they had no idea how to get out of a lease besides paying them $5700. They chose to keep us coming back so they could profit.
