The Finance representative June Torres of Huntington

The Finance representative June Torres of Huntington Honda added $4893.75 to my Honda bill without my knowledge. I have purchased 4 cars from huntington Honda and have always been asked if I would like to add Honda car care and I have always said no. June Torres decided to forego asking and adding it to the bill without my knowledge or discussion. This is criminal & should be looked into. Honda runs a good business and this type of practice will ultimately tarnish the reputation.

beware of bait and switch tactics. car I was interested in was”sold” even though they knew I was going to be there for an appointment within the hour. It’s also still listed 4 days later. shady.

I worked with Joe Urso and Sadiq Hinds and they were

I worked with Joe Urso and Sadiq Hinds and they were beyond helpful. Sadiq was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted in a car and helped me find the car that was best for me. Even after I changed my mind half-way through the process, he was beyond accommodating. Very professional and easy to talk to. Joe, likewise, tried to get us the best deal possible which seriously helped and was the main reason I even considered buying a new car. He helped make the car-buying process much easier.

Fantastic service provided by Sebastian. Calm, respectful and patient. Also worked with me to resolve a previous issue I had at the dealership with a staff member at the service dept. 3rd car I buy from him. And every friend I sent over to see him were totally satisfied and thankful. He made this seamless and very time efficient. Very excited with my New Pilot purchase. 3rd of many. Thank you and Huntington Honda as well. You guys sure provide quality and lots of empathy for your clients.

I recently visited the service center with a nail in my

I recently visited the service center with a nail in my tire, expecting a quick inspection and some assistance. When I arrived, two service advisors were sitting at their desks, but neither acknowledged me. I stood there for nearly 10 minutes without any greeting or offer to help. It wasn’t until the valet approached me and kindly asked if I needed assistance that I received any attention. I explained the issue, and he sprayed the tire with soapy water to confirm the leak. He then informed me that they don’t plug tires there. Wanting to confirm this, I went back inside and attempted to speak with a service advisor only to be ignored again. When I politely asked if someone could help, one of them responded, "Yeah, someone will help you," without even looking up from his phone. When I asked directly if they could fix the tire, he simply said “No.” I ended up leaving and plugging the tire myself. This is not the level of customer service I expected, especially after purchasing my vehicle from this dealership less than a year ago. There was a complete lack of professionalism and regard for the customer experience.
