Avoid this dealer at all costs. They mislead customers from the very beginning through their own sales website. It appears this BMW dealership, including in its used car sales, engages in dishonest and disgraceful practices—specifically listing “ghost” vehicles on its official site, cars that in reality never existed, yet remain posted continuously to attract attention and drive foot traffic. I found a used 2019 Range Rover Sport on their website at a very attractive price—about $8,000–$10,000 below current market value. I contacted them and was immediately told the vehicle was available. They confirmed its availability, scheduled a day and time for inspection and test drive, and reminded me several times over the next two days about my appointment. On the day of my appointment, their employee Jennifer called to remind me again. I confirmed I would come and gave them my exact arrival time. I drove over 50 miles through New York traffic, which took about two hours. When I arrived, I was unexpectedly told that the car had been sold that morning. I asked how that was possible, since after noon I had reconfirmed my visit and was assured they were expecting me and that the Range Rover would be ready for inspection and a test drive. The sales team immediately tried to show me other vehicles, but at significantly higher prices and with much higher mileage. They even showed me the same photo of the Range Rover Sport I had come for, but with completely different—and worse—specifications. To make matters worse, there was another Range Rover listed on their website at the same time, also priced $8,000–$10,000 below comparable market listings, suggesting this is a pattern rather than a one-off incident.

We are very fortunate that Audra has been our BMW salesperson at Huntington Habberstad for over 15 years. She has always worked to find us the exact BMW that we wanted, even going as far as reaching out to other dealers for our car. Never any pressure to choose extra accessories or packages that we really didn’t need. We were always confident that she would come up with a fair lease price that fit our budget. She really knows the product, she has always driven BMW’s, and her recommendations for performance and comfort options are based on her experience with the brand. In addition, she has an eye for exterior and interior design and color choices that have assisted us in choosing our cars. Audra is a wonderful person that makes a personal connection with her customers. Makes what could be a stressful experience into a satisfying interaction.

I take my car for service here all the time and the experiences have been smooth. This time I dealt with Matt Kelly and it was a hassle-free experience, I dropped my car and he ordered a Lyft to take me home, and then, when my car’s ready, I got a Lyft back! I also appreciate that Matt is not pushing unnecessary services and understood what I actually needed.

Habberstad BMW dealership is good Took my car in for recall starter replacement They replaced the starter and did a complimentary 32 point visual safety inspection They also did a complimentary car wash The Service Provider Michael Puccii was helpful including moving my car from between cars so I could get out easily
