High pressure

This was an outstanding dealership 3 years ago when we leased our car. But something has changed...high pressure seems to be their new style. Calling me 5x a day. Tried to get this to stop by calling general manager Keith but was told he does not return calls. REALLY! How is that for customer service. Just move on! See list of people who called me.

Best buying experience

We went to several dealers (Honda as well as other makes) before coming to Honda City to lease a car.. Very friendly and professional management team. Chafiq, the manager, provided a competitive rate, was very courteous, and we liked the no-nonsense approach with no gimmicks. His brother Reda, who was also part of the sales team, was informative and did not make us feel pressured when we test drove the CRV. We were also pleased with the no surprises at contract signing (as some dealers have), which made it a quick and smooth transaction. In addition, Chafique came in just for the signing because of our time constraints even though it was his day off. Marie and Jose processed the paper work politely and efficiently. We will recommend Honda City to our friends when their leases are up.

Excellent Experience

I walked into Honda City to check the Pilots , not expecting to get one. Everyone there was pleasant and helpful. They offered me a great deal. I ended up getting a 2015 Honda CR-V in less than 2 hours. I literally spent less than 5 minutes with the finance manager Reginald in his office.He was great! The best part of the experience was their sales representative Reda Bouattoura. He was there for me from the start till the end. Took me out for a test drive, made a great offer, filled the forms for me, offered me coffee, called my insurance for coverage and was there until the end to put on my plates and hand me the car. He explained to me everything about the car, even sinked my phone with the blue tooth and set-up the radio stations. I walked out very happy with a pleasant experience and would recommend him strongly if anyone is looking for a Honda car. ,

absolutely amazing and beyond what was expected

so after having a horrific issue with a Honda dealer in the Babylon ny /long island area I contacted Honda city, spoke to a service writer, explained the situation and what was going on with the CRV she was amazing, never made me feel like I was just a number or dollar sign, she was nice , friendly, personable and extremely knowledgeable took the CRV in for an issue that the other dealership (we found out afterwards) screwed up the place fixed the problem did it quickly and professionally cant say enough for this location if I ever trade in my car I would only come here and only deal with the same wonderful people I met there

Great experience

Nico our sales representative was extremely knowledgeable about not only the Honda but the competitors. He made it a a great experience from beginning to end. He was great with my kids as well. We were in and out in no time and still got to test drive the the Honda see two models next to each to compare and more.

Excellent customer service

From the time I walked in to the time I walked out was treated professionally. Salesman Reda was courteous and informative. Test drove, answered all my questions and treated me with respect. The finance manager Reggie was awesome. Very friendly and easy going. I am a repeat customer for a reason.

Honda City, Levittown, NY Review

Joanna Lambert was very professional, courteous and friendly. She made the car buying experience pleasant rather than stressful. Joanna was very knowledgeable and gave excellent customer service.

Honda

It was a pleasure working with Reda Bouattoura. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk too. I had my family with me and he included them in the process. Reda listened to what I wanted and he delivered. H made the process as painless and streamlined as leasing a vehicle can be. I've always recommended Honda City to family and friends as I bought my 1995 Honda City a while back, and my Mom bought a pre-owned vehicle recently. But know I'll definitely recomend Reda Bouattoura as well.
