A Dealer that listened

Just got our first Dodge Ram-our Sales Rep was Mel Blanco and the first thing i have to say is that when we walked in he was attentive and friendly, but more importantly, he listened. He paid attention to everything we told him we wanted in a truck and also, how much we could afford to spend a month. Then he found the truck and payment that fit us, instead of trying to fit us into what he wanted to sell. He answered all our questions and has taken care of whatever little things needed attention after we picked the truck up. He helped to make our truck shopping a great experience, he is a credit to Brown's

Positive, fun & easy!

This is my 2nd time leasing from Browns. I would not go anywhere else. This dealership is very friendly & they get the job done. My salesman "Mike Gedell was very professional and went above & beyond my expectations to make this deal happen. It was very important to him that I continued my relationship with Browns. Great experience

Mel Blanco was great from the start. Took his time explaining the different options for the truck I was looking for. After the purchase Mel went through the truck with me showing me how to use everything . Overall going to browns dealership was a great experience.

Excellent service

Mel was so helpful, not pushy or overwhelming. He knew what I needed and took my info seriously. I would highly recommend this dealership for future sales of all crysler, jeep, and doge cars and trucks.

Best experience

Belce made everything so simple. My experience at browns was great. The process of the sale was easy i never had to worry. If i were to recommend anyone i would recommend belce to everyone! Thank you so much Belce for making a used car experience so great.

My sales rep mike Gedell was amazing

Very simple , mike was honest , didn't force anything on me , didn't try to sell me anything , was so helpful with everything , and was always a phone call away if I had any questions , I normally get overwhelmed at dealerships and normally walk out pissed because I was lied to or they tried the old bait and switch , price change etc. mike was honest with everything and I felt he honestly cared , highly recommended!!

Overall outstanding customer service and very helpful!
