Thanks to Joe Romeo for taking great care of my car and for making everything run so smoothly with dropping my car off, servicing it and arranging for a loaner car.

I brought my E400 coupe in for tire replacement under the tire protection plan I purchased. Mr Romeo was very detailed in explaining other service work my car required and what was and was not covered under lease warranty.i asked several questions of which Mr. Romeo answered. I was given a lovely rental and the work was completed several days later. The only recommendation I have is for customers to have a "scheduled time "to pick up vehicles so that vehicle and check out paperwork is ready at the specified time.

I have experienced great and timely service whether I am waiting for the car or it has been dropped off. I feel the service department is honest and trustworthy
