'95 SL500

My weekend car began running a little rough a few weeks ago. I called Joe B. the day after the holiday weekend, and even though his days were already booked, he fit me in a day later. The mechanic was not able to replicate the problem that I had experienced several days prior. So, a thorough check was completed and Joe made a few suggestions. We agreed on a fuel injector service and the car was serviced and returned promptly to me. I just want to thank Joe and everyone else involved that worked on my problem.

C300 experience

I had the greatest experience at Smithtown Mercedes. Everyone was so nice and treated me with respect. My sales rep Fritz Jean was amazing! He answered all of my questions and did not pressure me into buying anything. He made me feel comfortable and spent a lot of time helping me pick out the best car that would fit my needs! This was my first time buying a Mercedes and I must say I am so happy I made the decision to visit Smithtown Mercedes!

"Hassel Free, Zero Pressure"

Could not have had a better experience with my first visit the SMB. Arrived to the used car showroom at 7:15 pm ( they closed at 8). We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist (Janet) who quickly introduced us to Valentine, our sales rep. We were shown the car we were interested in, went on a test ride and 30 mins later signing the paperwork. Could not have gone any smoother, hence "Hassel Free" PS got a great price on the trade in too!

Excellent Service Department

Had an intermittent brake problem. Service Managers Mike and Rich took my vehicle in for service. Needed new master cylinder and brake line replacement. Excellent work in a timely fashion! Thank you Mike and Rich!!!
