Val helped me though every step of picking my new car. Whether it was picking the model, or going through a million different color options, he was extremely patient and knowledgeable and led me to a perfect fit. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Mercedes.

I am not a professional reviewer and this is my first experience buying from this dealership. The salesman Valentine Horvath was utterly professional, easy to deal with and spent more than enough time with me. I had a high value trade and with a minimum of back and forth, we came to a price that was fair to both sides. Similarly, the business manager Vic Castagna, could not have been easier to work with. There were no stereotypical attempts at upselling and the entire process was painless.

The problem was diagnosed quickly and I received a phone call from my service rep (Joe Romeo) with details regarding the need to replace the thermostat. He also recommended changing the spark plugs which had never been changed on my 2009 C300 4Matic. He provided all the costs for the various work. He projected that the car would be ready for pick-up at 4:00PM and it was. MB provided a loaner car for the day.

Just picked up my fifth straight Mercedes from Smithtown. Clearly I keep coming back because of the excellent service while owning the car. This time I worked with Peter Langlois. He’s gong to be around a long-time. During the sales process, he got back to me promptly, and worked hard to locate my car. I’ve already recommended Peter to colleagues of mine.

We purchased our Mercedes with the help of Justin Stein. Our purchase was through the COSTCO car program and we feel that we received helpful info and great pricing with MB of Smithtown.
