I spent 3 years with Competition BMW of Smithtown and was happy during the entire timeframe. I was extremely happy that Antonella Martinis was able to keep me as their customer as she worked with me on my new car. I am a very busy professional and she was very respectful of my time and was able to put a deal together that got me to act. Looking forward to my next 3 yrs with my 540 and the service dept (hopefully wont need them much other than normal maintenance) LOL. Jorge walked me through the entire car and Cathy made sure all the numbers made sense and took the time to review the maintenance changes.

Excellent Experience
My wife and myself were treated like kings. When the banks computer went down, and we needed to wait, we were treated to lunch by the manager. All around wonderful experience. Justin is a courteous young man.

Lease of 2018 X3
This was the 4th BMW that our family has leased from Russel Cacace, and the 8th that we have leased from the Competition Group. Russ has always been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The sales experience is always one to which we look forward rather than a stressful transaction. Russ makes it easy and pleasant. I also have to highly commend Business Representative Aschlyn Puterio. She contacted us approximately six months before the end of the lease on our 535, and called each subsequent month to find out our plans for the next car. Always very pleasant and professional, she had us come in to see Russ a month before we had planned, and even suggested a few X3s that were in stock, based upon one of our prior conversations.

Great experience top to bottom. Can't thank Angie enough for her patience and professionalism throughout the entire process. Never felt pressured into buying and was able to work through the purchase at my pace. Pricing was extremely competitive with other local BMW dealerships and the delivery/paperwork was smooth and easy. Great experience for the first time.
I love the fact that our experience was efficient and quick. I have been buying cars for 30 years and hate that the process takes so long. I highly recommend them. I will be returning to them in a few months for another car.
