Marc was great and straightforward - make buying my first BMW a pleasant and stress free experience. Unfortunately there was a malfunction with the tire... pressure monitor system 15 mins after I left the dealership - 15 miles on the car - so I had to take it back for service - Jackie and her team were wonderful. Also Joseph on the Genius team was extremely helpful and patient in helping me learn the many systems the car offers.

I am writing this review because of my wonderful experience with the staff at this dealership.I traded my Mercedes Benz S550 for a certified pre-owned... 09 750i but had a few issues with it.After discussions with my salesman Jason and the pre owned manager Chris,I was able to switch into a 2010 750Li Xdrive.They bent over backwards to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase.I am now extremely happpy with the new car and really do appreciate their efforts.Oh and by the way,the car looks,feels,drives and smells like NEW..
I had scheduled an oil change and I know I needed 4 new tires. Roz in the dealership agreed to match the price I received from a local shop that was putting... on the tires. When I bought the car in there was a bit of confusion on the price and what was included but Darlene, my service manager went above and beyond to make me happy. I appreciated her having my back and provided great customer service. Unfortunately I do not know the girls and guys at the front desk by name but they are always pleasant to deal with. I also must say the gentleman that help with filling the air in my tires, etc. are also very pleasant.

Amazing place as usual! This is my second leased car and still just a great experience! Paula responded to me in a timely manner after my inquiry. She... found me the car I wanted and the price and we did it all over the phone and I got to pick up the car the next day! Overall such a pleasant and great experience. I have either purchased or referred over half a dozen car sales to this dealership. I've dealt with several reps, but they all have a common thread: Straightforward... and honest. It has to come from the top. This time there was a glitch, in that a required service had not been completed. I had come in for pickup and they could not release the car (I'm sure another dealership would have!) You know what they did to make up for it? The salesman drove to my house with the new car and all the paperwork for us to sign! It's this kind of service that keeps me coming back and referring all my friends and family. We have purchased 5 BMWs from this dealership and have always have our vehicles serviced there. Typically the service is fabulous. Jackie is one of our... favorite service consultants and is always extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and this review is in no way a reflection on her. It is directed at the service department management. Apparently, there is a new policy in place where the management has decided to no longer top off the motor oil for a customer. Seriously? How much money is this saving vs. how many customers you may lose. Not a good way to manage a business.

BMW corporate no longer provides oil top offs as a service included in their maintenance and that policy is country wide. I brought my X3 in for service last week. The receptionist was friendly and professional. The whole process from check in to getting into my loaner car... was quick and efficient! (The loaner car was great too!) The service rep I worked with was Jackie Ruggiero, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with this dealership again!
