I couldn't be more pleased with with the attentiveness, service and also their patience. I wasn't able to pick the car up as quickly as intended yet the whole team, Joseph especially, made sure I was well taken care of. the car is even better than the ad portrayed, which by the way was quite thorough indeed.

UNPROFESSIONAL, DISFUNCTIONAL, RUDE, UNORGANIZED
The two and a half page review I typed up would not fit in the space so I will just sum it up. They sold car I was about to buy and had a deposit down on for three days to someone else. However, I was not informed of this until the day after they tried getting me to sign for it and run my credit report. I guess they were just trying to get the most money out of the deal. During the experience we dealt with a confused and salesy car salesman who was either not trained well, set up for failure by his unorganized company, or just did not know what he was doing. We also spoke with a manager who was the main reason I walked out and took my business elsewhere. This "manager" was rude, child-like, unprofessional, and insulting. He has no idea how to run a business and represent a company. He literally threw his salesman under the bus and let him take the blame for everything that happened during these 3 days of confusion and mess. Sad. This dealer has HIDDEN FEES and the manager was not able to explain what the fees were for. We were told "every dealer has hidden fees" after going car shopping at about 8 different places without hidden fees. They also bumped the price up 2 grand from their website listing and claimed I was "stealing the car" when I said wanted the car for the price on the website that they put up. Afterwards, I was told by another manager weeks later that the salesman was a "moron" and the car actually wasn't sold so I could have bought it. No idea what anyone here is talking about. There is clearly a severe lack of communication, respect for employees, and professionalism. It took me a month to get someone to respond to my deposit refund request. I called numerous times for weeks and was tossed from person to person until I said I would go there in person if it wasn't done that day. There are so many great car dealerships out there, even on this same road in the area. Go elsewhere. It is not worth the risk, frustration, energy, anxiety, stress, and mostly NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!
