When I took my Acura TLX in for a routine service, it was determined that I needed to replace the front struts which should take more than a day. My service representative Joe Robinson had already secured a loaner car before he called me up to the service desk. The quality of customer service is beyond expectations. The facility is immaculate & everyone I came in contact with was polite, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. I love this dealership!

Island Acura's service department is always right up
Island Acura's service department is always right up front with you in what needs to be done and what you can put off. Everybody there is pleasant and friendly and act like they want your business. The waiting room is comfortable with TV and coffee.

Hats off to Bob Gio! I went in with dozens of questions about the Acura. Bob took the time to answer all of them.. Bob's demeanor makes you feel like you are his most important customer. I went in just to "browse" and I came out with a brand new Acura, Picking up my Acura with a big red bow on it made my day!
