Vehicle was brought in promptly and service was done quickly. I was surprised when the service rep said it was finished. I was very satisfied.

Came in for a recall repair. I was told that the repair would take about an hour. I was also asked if I wanted the outside of my vehicle washed. I said yes. Honda also did an inspection of the vehicle as they always do and I was told about the items that would be in need of repair soon. As promised I was on my way home shortly after.

We always have a great experience with Apple and this was no different. They got me in for an appointment quickly which was helpful to my schedule. The new valet drop off was FANTASTIC and Mike made the drop off quick and easy. He called back much sooner than I thought to let us know the car always done. I thought I’d have to leave it for a few days and they had it done in a few hours. The best perk is the car wash when I got it back too! I felt so taken care of. Thanks Mike!
