With apple Honda, all the people that worked there are very friendly, very knowledgeable and everything else. But the bad part is they pressure you to do things to your car that are not necessary. Also, they are very pricey today. They charge me $275 for a transmission fluid change, which is just like an oil change. You take the plug out, it goes out, you put the plug back in and you refill it just like having an oil change. It's just like they keep pressuring me for a wheel alignment when I don't need one. Also the last car I bought from them was in 2 accidents and they told me they did a car fax when they really did not. So the bottom line is, do they do good work. Yes, are they very friendly? Yes, but do not go by their recommendations. You know your car and you know how you drive?
