janet made a great recomdation for a car i did not even consider and it end up being the car i was looking for great job listening.

The chairs in the waiting room are very uncomfortable. There are not enough chairs. I was there for 9:00 oil-change & there were people who did not have a chair to sit in. They were mostly older customers who could be there at 9:00 in the morning!

Everyone was very helpful. I was in and out of Terry's in less than 2 hours.

Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Explained everything clearly. Good job.

We were pleased enough to purchase another Focus when we went to pick our 2014 from service. Service staff is outstanding and Chris sold a 2015 to our family, after just going in to talk.

Was in need of a small economical car due to a divorce and it was a complicated transaction due to trading in two cars. The professionalism and ease of transaction was wonderful.
