Once i arrived for service appointment everyone I encounter greeted me. Was told it was going to take one hour or one hour and half. At 12:15 pm Danny V came to advise that vehicle was ready. Everyone was wonderful and professional

Had a 9:10am appointment on 9/24 and was taken care of by...
Had a 9:10am appointment on 9/24 and was taken care of by Ryan Joritz and was informed of auxiliary battery was needed. I believe the stopping and the motor stopping is a poor feature. All so mentioned about the GPS was not a up to date when I bought the van new. Said that is Garmin’s problem, believe it is Chrysler as it is putting in old GPS maps. All Ryan showed me how to remove the extra seat, ( have a 8 passenger van. Also I will mention that the cruise control is not a very good one. I have have had a Dodge van since 1972 and all cruise control always worked well not like the Chrysler.
