January 19th 2023 we purchased an Acura MDX 2020. We had a very positive experience with Femi Alao! He is extremely knowledgeable and kind. Wonderful dealership, the employees are genuine and work with integrity. ThankYou for a wonderful experience!

Used cars Buyer beware

This dealership has a decent selling procress but ive brought two cars from there and was very dissatisfied with how they handled car issues and customer service. I brought 5 year old car from Northeast Acura. After the sale, it immeditially had problems, used cars are bound to have something but this kept happening. First it had a major oil loss issue, which they never fixed, but had my car over 20 days in for service. Then the brakes and rotors started making so noise, they finally opted to put budget $100 rotors on a $60k car. Then turns out the sway bars were also bad, the oil kept leaking (they wouldnt fix it), and the car would shake side to side at high speeds. They kept the car for an entire week and said that they will not fix the car because its a "bad investment". So for the 45 days that i owned it, it was in their hands for 20 days. I understand business and not dumping so much money into car but it was under 60 day warranty but these major issues just didnt arise overnight. They were aware of them and when it was brought to their attention and knew that i wasnt backing down, they did not stand by their product. Do your homework before buying a used car from Northeast Acura. Not trustworthy and not recommened.

Satisfying experience

We had a great experience working with Dan DeJesus. He was very professional and personable. We had a unique situation in that we purchased our pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee, but could not take delivery due to a previously planned trip. Dan arranged to have the vehicle prepped for us and stored for the 2+ weeks we were away. Rachel Kaushal was also very helpful in completing all the financial arrangements.

Fantastic dealership who employs honest and fair

Fantastic dealership who employs honest and fair employees. I absolutely recommend buying a car here. Here's my experience... David V. hosted a virtual walk through of my 2014 Ford Flex and pointed out all of the flaws on the car. Refreshingly honest! Then... 1.) He made sure the check engine light (due to O2 sensor gone bad) and TPMS system (pointed out during the walk through) was taken care of before my flight. 2.) He picked me up at the airport 3.) Went above and beyond to find a way to attach the temp tags on the exterior of the vehicle due to the tinted windows not allowing him to attach it on the interior. Pure class act! Then, Rachael K. Took care of me from a finance perspective. She was also very honest and made me feel comfortable with all of my options. These two are absolute gems! Do business with them.

Just purchased our 7th car from Northeast Acura for our daughter! Got a 2018 Honda CRV. She loves it and our salesperson Joe Borowski was very helpful. Highly recommended them and Joe!
