Stephanie saved me $1,200
My wife had taken our Prius to a local shop for state inspection, and the shop claimed we needed a complete brake overhaul with new tires to the tune of $1,200. I was at Northway Toyota (from whom we'd leased the Prius) at the time, and I told this story to Stephanie. She quickly printed out the last 25-point inspection, noted that stories of this sort came up from time to time, and set up an appointment for the car's inspection the next day. Armed with her input and some online searching, we extracted the car from the other shop and brought it to Northway, where it passed with flying colors. Without their responsiveness we could have been out a lot of money that we didn't need to spend.

My service advisor Lou was available so even though I was slated to see Nick whom Im sure is good ...Id rather see Lou. I was a little early but graciously was taken care of and my wait wasnt as long as I expected and as always all work done was with a very professional level.
