Best Dealer in town
I brought our 2018 Highlander Hybrid in to have it's 35000 mile service done. Brian welcomed me and explained what was going to be done with this service. He listened to my concerns and checked for recalls, which there was one. The parts for the recall were in stock so he said the total time would be about 2 hours. Brian followed up with me via text, incase I had questions. About 1 hr. 45 min. my vehicle was done. I love this location and Brian did an outstanding job. Thank you Toyota!

I have I have been keeping my service checks up with this dealership since I bought my car in September of 2009. I have not been disappointed with one service check so far. I even had to take my car off the road for two years, and when they did the servicing of the vehicle to get it back on the road again I was not disappointed.

Great customer service
Staff are always pleasant and courteous. Nice having the text feature while waiting for my vehicle - a personal touch. Service is prompt and usually done within time stated when arriving at the garage.

Wonderful experience. Easy to schedule at a convenient time. Took us in early and listened to all our questions and concerns. Service was quick, efficient, thorough and correct. We will definitely come here for all our service and will recommend New Country Toyota of Clifton Park to our friends.

Not a Happy customer
I recently purchased a used car from this dealership, and was told I wasn’t able to purchase the extended warranty because it had too many miles and I needed to decline on the paperwork! The sales person was nice, but went on to tell us the car was just brought in recently and wasn’t looked over yet by the technicians. We picked the car up and it had a new oil change and New York State Inspection, but began to make a clunk every now and again when stopping and going. I finally contacted them regarding the clunk before my 30 days was up and they told me the front struts were bad and they would cover $600 of the $1200 damage because we never purchased the extended warranty! First of all, how was a New York State Inspection passed if the struts were bad? They don’t just got bad in 3 weeks! I didn’t go purchase a car from a dealership to have to sink money into it before I even made my first payment! Anyone in their right mind would take an extended warranty, that i was told I couldn’t get! I’m now trying to find a place to replace my struts on my “new car” while playing phone tag with the dealership to cover only half of the costs... let’s say We are not Happy with our Purchase!
